McDonalds Restaurant in Breckland

Waited over 25 minutes yet again - This has to be the worst Mcdonalds in the country. Restaurant was dirty and rubbish littered all over the tables. Not even an apology from the member of staff for the long delay.At the best of times the drive thru is hopeless, usually order just a coffee and get either 3rd windowed, or sent to Bay 1. Its ridiculous.

ive been to many a mcdonald and this may just be the best one. staff were lovely and the restaurant was nice and clean. food was a 10/10 - tasted fresh and hot. wish i didn’t live 2 hours away from this one lol

After hard days work decided to go for a burger at our usual mac ds. What a let down. Drive thru empty , sat at the speaker for a while then finally a voice says how can I help. Gave my order and was ask, which one? I ask well what's the choice? Long sigh from speaker, garlic,bbq or spicy. Go to 1st window to pay. No one there. Wait...Still no one comes...Wait some more....Now I've loved the golden arches since 1969 and that's the longest I've waited for service. I've had meals faster. So I drive up to the food window and shout hello, twice. Girl turns up with headset on and I say cancel the meal , I'll go to thetford.OK she says. Stunned I was.Went to thetford, proper service, hot meal, sorted. Shan't be going to snetterton any time soon.

Absolutely disgusted at the way I’ve been treated today by McDonald’s in snetterton- Norfolk on the A11 road.I had a bacon roll that had way too much ketchup so I asked politely for a new one. The kind girl took it into the kitchen and all I could hear was the kitchen staff complaining of what I asked. Making me wait 10ish minuets and also making their worker feel very uncomfortable as I could see with my own eyes and she tried the best she could.Even one of the managers came to the till and didn’t even ask if I’ve been served or anything…McDonald’s YOUR A FAST FOOD RESTAURANT AND WORK TO MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS HAPPY! Be more respectful to your customers and not slag them off when they can clearly hear you from standing by the till!(I’ve worked in catering and hospitality and no way have I ever witnessed what I have today)!!

Avoid if Disabled. They have a lift which is kept under lock and key. If you are lucky a staff member if you can find one front of house, will pretend to try and find them.. Most are reluctant to try. And to make it worse chips are often cold

Me and my other half came here a couple days ago. It was quiet, no orders on the screen. We paid after 5 minutes of choosing what we wanted and waited for a total of 30 minutes. It got so busy because of how many people were waiting for their orders, only arriving around 10 minutes after us. I was not happy with the customer service I received that day. We asked for a manager and was told they were busy, the food was cooking, so many excuses thrown to probably hide the fact there wasn’t even a manager on shift. My order then disappeared, if it wasn’t for my other half, they probably would’ve forgotten it-Really really poor customer service, rather than making excuses and doing so many orders at once , do one order at a time and have a manager on the floor!!! So many girls were laughing at the back, finding it funny, standing there having chats? Why pay staff that do nothing?My food was cold and my ice cream had melted In it’s pot from being there so long. I feel sorry for whoever was left in that que.

It was the first time we'd visited this particular restaurant, and we had a good experience, and the food was nicely prepared. It was hot, the chips weren't soggy, and the chicken legend, I had was great. Would have no problem going here again. Well done. 🤓

We ordered our meal through the drive thru and they got the order wrong. They made us drive back around and my partner went inside and paid for the food and we drove off and it was still wrong. The customer service was horrendous. There was 2 separate members of staff and they weren’t helpful and they were rude.

Tasty food not always fast 😋 staff are nice and drinks are 👌🏼.

Fast Food!!Customer Service disgusting. Click and collect waiting in my car 30 minutes and then when I go in and ask how much longer I will be waiting I get "Are you bay 7" and they walk away!! Then my food is quickly prepared. No apology for the wait, just put on the counter.
