Morrisons Restaurant in Breckland

Ordered 2 breakfast with extra toast . Fried slice only cooked on one side and running in grease extra toast never arrived. Bacon clearly cooked in microwave was disgusting.....mushroom just a soggy mess and again running in grease . Ordered and paid for large fizzy drink when got there machine was our of order for everything. ...Staff werent bothered either way and no manners. Absolutely disgraceful. Come on morrisons get your act together

Its such a shame, the breakfasts used to be great (the mushrooms were lovely and buttery, you now pay 89p for a single bland mushroom 😲)... It's now very average since the menu change and there just never ever seems to be enough staff on till or delivering food... the staff they do have are nice but certainly don't go here if you're in any sort of rush (anything around an hour to get breakfast). Food is probably better at lunch but can't imagine service gets any quicker.

Had lunch and brunch several times in hear with my mum.So far it's always been great.Lovely tasting meals, excellent service from the staff and great value.The staff in this restaurant are lovely and very hard working.

I ordered a small breakfast. The beans were cold, the bacon came with an uncooked white fat surround, the sausage was almost cremated and the toast never see a toaster it was warm bread.Then the coffee!!! It was a cup of warm water, so I tried the hot chocolate that came out a cup of warm milk. The whole experience was actually awful and the cost was a rip off. Morrisons Dereham you should be ashamed of dishing that up to a paying customer.

Did not buy anything. Only me waiting but I left after waiting for 15 ninutes. I only wanted a cup of tea.

Disappointing! They no longer allow you to switch items on the menu which means if you don't want beans but want mushrooms they won't swap... they were out of sandwiches and basically had little food in the kitchen to serve. Had to wait for over 20 minutes for a toasted sandwich by which time I had drunk my hot drink, otherwise that would have been cold... there was hardly any staff so the staff on duty although polite didn't seem to want to rush to clear tables and serve customers.

Excellent food, fabulous options for vegetarians.I love the salad fruit that they offer. Great stuff!!

Very poor experience. My wife and I had a toasted sandwich and a toasted muffin for lunch. Both were under cooked and still cold when they were brought to us. We tried to heat them properly in the microwave but not very successfully. I did complain but no apology was forthcoming. Very poor customer service.

We arived as a group of four comprising of 2 adults and 2 children aged 8. The initial ordering of the food was difficult as we opted to use the self service computer thingy to do so. After we had thumbled our way through this and got our drinks we sat down and waited for our food. The kids went and played in the provided play area which included two touch screen tablet based games which they loved.It was not long until our food arrived and it was delivered with a smile. Attached you can see a picture of my "Big Daddy Breakfast" which was one of the best I have had for a good few years! And at just £6.00 it represents amazing value for money. We had no complaints with the food served. The chips on one plate were clearly cooked frozen chips and the sausages were not fresh butchers but at this price it's more than forgiven.When reviewing a restaurant you have to tally quality and Service in line with cost. This supermarket cafe far exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend it to others. My only advice is to skip the self service and go to the counter at the end.
