Pizza XS in Breckland

The first few times we’ve ordered we absolutely loved Pizza XS but the last few times it’s been awful. It’s gone so downhill. I ordered a pizza with NO olives and pineapple instead, I was clearly ignored. Pictures for reference…I also shouldn’t have to ask the restaurant to ensure I get the stuffed crust I’ve paid for and But I clearly have to be that concise.Ordered a few times and PAID!! extra for stuffed crust and it’s never come. Food also always arrives warm to cold and takes hours to arrive. Poor excuse of a takeaway, and 100% poor excuse of customer service. I’ll be ringing to give a piece of my mind and claim a partial refund.

Took ages to deliver, food was warm at best making the pizza very rubbery, private messaged them which they read and ignored. Waste of best part of £20.

Never arrives within an hour, They get 1 star for the chicken bites they seem to be the one decent thing they have on the menu but aside from that the Pizzas are the same as everyone else's in watton. 95% sure that they all get them brought in from somewhere and pretend they made in the store fresh.

Our usual place to order pizza from. We don't normally review but I wanted to say how friendly the delivery driver was tonight. Give that man a raise! Makes all the difference.

Well first time having a delivery. Pretty disappointed, got one of the drinks wrong but worst part was they had clearly stuck the chips in the microwave polystyrene tub included.... Will not be going back

Having read the reviews I was a little hesitant about ordering from here. Pizza is a family favourite of ours and thought that we’d give it a try.We’ve just taken delivery and eaten the pizza along with the cheesy garlic bread and chicken wings. The whole family agreed that it was one of the nicest combinations that we have had in a very long period. Delivery was on time and the driver was very polite. We for one will definitely be using this company again.

Absolutely terrible! I ordered at 16:40pm for delivery. Food arrived pretty much on time but was completely the wrong order. I rang to say we had received the wrong order. They rang the driver and the driver swapped the food over (1st mistake) I was told that our food hadn't been inside the other house so we took the food and about 20 minutes after recieving our correct food, I got a phone call to say that our original food had been inside someone else's house and with the current situation with COVID-19 we didn't feel comfortable about eating it. PizzaXS said that because our food had been in someone else's house they would make us a fresh order. We didn't receive our 'fresh' food till gone 8pm after I had phoned to chase where our order was only to be that they got muddled up with what house was calling even though we stated our address to them! So we had been waiting from around 5:30pm (when the mix up happened) till around 8pm for the fresh order. When the driver arrived to drop the food off, my mother-in-law answered the door and immediately was told by the driver to "shut the door" (my mother-in-law had been waiting for COVID test results which had come back as negative) she showed the driver her result but wasn't interested. My mother-in-law wanted to give the driver some advice on how best to handle this mix up situation and he started to raise his voice and said my mother-in-law was talking out of her arse! Very rude! All in all it was dealt with very poorly by PizzaXS!

We have used this Takeaway many times. Very friendly staff and decent Pizza. However, every time we have ordered Chips, they are incredibly soggy and almost inedible. It’s becoming very annoying.

My friend and I have been ordering from Pizza XS for over 3 years. probably over 30 times in that period.We both have been satisfied with the quality of food. Always delivered in a timely manner, drivers are friendly and professional, and our food is always piping hot..The crunchy wings and fudge cake are my personal favorite.The pizza is great to, but I prefer wings.☆☆☆☆☆

Nine times out of ten, the pizza is soggy and needs putting in the oven, but tastes quite good. Another problem I have is with the delivery. Times are getting worse and worse. So many times I've been told 45min-1 hour and 2 hours later I'm still waiting. When you call about it, the staff never apologise and just say "it's on its way" or "we've been busy".Decided to give them one more try tonight and yet again I was told it would be 45mins and it has taken 1hr 45mins. The pizza is lukewarm and soggy. I had to put it in the oven to crisp it up. Never again.
