Best Chinese food I've had for a long time, staff friendly and would highly recommend.

Special all you can eat menu on Sunday/Monday was excellent.

Very busy.but service was spot on. Very pleasant staff. The food was amazing. Went for father's day and we had a lovely time. Thank you. We will back. X

Had a lovely meal here at Royal garden myself and 8 others!All food was hot tasty and recieved everything asked for little bit of waiting in between courses Though!Had one issue on receiving crispy duck had another plate added to our order just brought out we hadnt asked for it…We had, eaten some of it for it then to be took back and told it was for another table and given directly to the other party opposite us! bit bad of the Chinese lady serving whom passed it to other people after we had been eating it?!….Only other moan was the conservatory room we were in was really cold! Great restaurant with good choice of food, always very nice and great service.

Even though they were very busy, all the staff were very attentive to us (we ordered food to take away). Really enjoyed the food - lovely and fresh.

Lovely experience as always. The food is delicious and fresh, the downside is that the price for soft drinks is ridiculous. £3+ just for coke.

We went here for takeaway on recommendation from people locally as we are new to the area. Sadly all dishes were bland and we didn't finish the meal. Very disappointing Chinese food. On the upside the service was friendly and food quick. Wouldn't bother returning. Need to find a good local option!

We had a great buffet meal eat as much as you like. The foods were nice and quality, staff were friendly and reasonable price.

Visited 29.01.2022, not many dine-in chinese restaurants in Norwich. Large old building, well set out tables and authentic touches like the laisee tree, lions head and the tables and chairs, lanterns suspended from the ceiling.Not overly expensive. Came at 5.30pm although booked a table for 6pm. Telephone orders were flooding in - staff clearly well-trained in this area.We chose the set menu 2. Such big portions, starter platter was delicious as was the duck with pancakes (very generous portion). Got our main courses to take home as toddler was getting a bit tired. Need 1 staff member to wait tables as there were several tables waiting for their food - long wait between courses - partly why we left.Toilet were clean although need a bit of modernising. Have booked to return for CNY when there is a lion dance at 8pm - must book in advance £10 per adult.
