Always quiet never known it to be busy...Wish they would clean knife between serving the subways..The tubs had ingredients of other tubs in.Saying all that service was great and fast.Answered and asked questions well ...About to eat the subway

Fantastic service every single time 👏 . Alway cater to my very specific Allergy with precision. Whether i am using an App to order and collect or just popping in to have lunch the service is brilliant. Very clean eating areas and prompt service also good handwashing practices. Highly recommend!!

I always get a great customer service experience here - especially from Ruby. She’s very friendly and makes one feel very welcome every time. If she’s having a bad day, you’ll never know because she’s always positive and always smiles

Disgusting service. Ordered via Just East, order still hadn't left the store over an hour and a quarter later. When I called to ask why, somewhat angry about the delay, a member of staff hung up the phone. Would not recommend using this store!

Sunday lunch time visit, 2 customers in front of me, 1 customer leap frogged the queue with an online order. That and the staff were possibly the slowest collection of servers amounted to a 25 minute wait to get 2 subs. Not even an apology for the wait, only 1 type of bread available, piss poor service but the subs were ok.

We always get great service here from the lovely manager Alison (with the wonderful Scottish accent) , she's always friendly and chats to us and is efficient. Her team are good too. Great service, my boys love it here for a treat after football training.

When Alison (the older Scottish woman) is working it's an easy 5 stars. But in my opinion I wouldn't even bother going in there unless you see her working because all the others make the worst subs and mess up the order.
