"Tabnabs is a café / licensed restaurant, in the village of Mattishall. Popular with cyclists and walkers, we are always able to provide delicious food cooked to order, using good locally sourced ingredients. Serving Breakfast, Lunches and Afternoon Teas, there’s always a wonderful selection of freshly baked cakes made by the team, and we even have gluten free, and vegan options. At Tabnabs we pride ourselves on offering friendly efficient service in a relaxed atmosphere. There is an upstairs area called ‘The Crows Nest’ which can be hired for private events, and in the Summer we have plenty of outside seating so we can welcome our furry friends. We are able to provide buffets/catering on request, and open for occasional evenings."

First time at tabnabs great food but very slow wait but this is due too your full breakfast being cooked freshly for you while you wait but was slow getting too you for a drink while I waiting also very limited on butter for your toast and ketchup but will eat there again

Wonderful breakfast rolls, they are huge and full of bacon, sausage and am egg. All topped off with an excellent poor of tea. Lovely staff and not expensive.

Had a breakfast here with a mate yesterday. Great quality breakfast with what I imagine to be local produce. Good friendly service. I'll be popping in again.

Booked on short notice for brunch, friendly accomodating staff (but not too in your face), tones of really good quality, fresh food, at a reasonable price. Can't ask for more.

Really lovely place. Staff very pleasant and kind. The food was amazing and good sized portions. The only downside was when we visited it was cold so we had to leave our coats on whilst eating

Brilliant cafe for lunch. Good choice of food on menu. Lovely vegan choice. The cakes looked divine! Wish I had had room to taste one. Would definitely go back.

It was wonderful Afternoon Tea with so many selections of sandwiches and regular pieces of cake. Staff were very friendly and helpful can't do enough for you great services and reasonable price, strongly recommended.
