Good place to take visitors arriving by bus or train. Real highlight in a dreary highstreet. Really pleasant service and good value menu.

Cafe has a nice welcoming appearance, looks clean and modern but the customer service really wasn't good. Staff were not friendly, solemn faces. Food was very average and mediocre, definitely not a delight for a foodie. I'm always suspicious of cooks that serve easy cook rice when it's really not difficult to cook rice. The food and the coffee were average, infarct coffee was really weak and not great. In fact the flat white and the latte I ordered were exactly the same except the cups were different. I wouldn't recommend this place to any foodie, it's mediocre and very average. Better coffee and food in a coffee chain, which is disappointing because ithe cafe is very quaint and pretty looking. Don't judge this book by it's cover because you will be disappointed.

Excellent quality coffee where the flat white that I ordered tastes nice and strong and also isn’t cold like in Costa or other chained coffee shops. The fried breakfast is amazing, for only £6 and you get butchers quality sausage and bacon, half the price what you pay at Thetford Garden Centre. Only thing I would amend is having bacon a little more crispy and include hash browns as standard!Other than that, lovely staff, great prices, happy to revisit, for sure.

The menu is delicious and vfm. Wonderful homemade cakes, all day breakfasts and specials (curry and pulled pork) cooked to perfection. I highly recommend visiting this cafe/coffee shop and give McD and Costa miss!

Nice cafe in the center of Thetford. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good range of vittles many of which looked homemade. My egg bap came with 🍳🍳, I only expected one. Carrot 🍰 was good and ☕ was nice. Prices were reasonable I'd be happy to return.

Came here today and ordered the full day breakfast and a jacket potato. The full english was delicious as it should be and expected, portion is generous. The jacket potato skin could have been more crispy, but otherwise everything was great. The two coffee we had were perfect just as other reviewers said they were bigger than regular(brilliant!) staffs were friendly and smiley. Overall it’s a great place to stop for lunch, curious about the afternoon tea they offer as pre-order:)

Delicious and large cheese scone. All the cakes looked lovely. You get a proper mug of good coffee for less than the regular franchises. All served with a smile. 😀

## Tall Orders, 22-24 King Street, ThetfordA change from our usual places, we've ventured into a new town today. The boy has an interview tomorrow with a recruitment agency so we came to find out where he needs to go. To not check out the local coffee shops would be rude! A quick Google found a small number of independent coffee places here but there are only a couple of chains anyway. Notably Starbucks and Costa. This one is situated on the main high street. We arrived at just before 10am and the place was relatively quiet. We weren't really sure about ordering so we chose a table, noted down the number and went to order at the bar. On display were the tastiest looking scones (very similar to those offered by Thetford Garden Centre!) so, in true, time honoured fashion, we had to have one!Obviously complimented with a skinny cappuccino (we have to rate our coffee shops fairly!)The cheese scones were £1.80 each and the drinks were £2. Very good value in our opinion. Scones were served warm and the cappuccinos were piping hot. The lady apologised for a delay with the drinks coming but I didn't think we had to wait too long so an apology wasn't really necessary.### ComfortA mix of comfy and wooden chairs at mostly tables. There were no sofas that we saw. The tables seemed a little high for the leather chairs we sat in. There was free WiFi which was sufficient and stable. The code is available on the blackboard in the window.### Overall ratings (out of 5)Coffee ☕☕☕☕WiFi 📶📶📶📶Comfort 🛋️🛋️Food 🍰🍰🍰🍰Overall 😋😋😋😋😋

Great place to have a coffee or lunch. They do an all day delicious breakfast. Cakes are very tasty. It has seating outside with a very peaceful outlook. Wagner in Madrid was here.
