Tesco Cafe in Breckland

Best coffee I've had for a long time in a cafe - I actually had 2 which I never do. I had a lovely halloumi & avocado muffin - the relish on it was seriously good. Very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and staff friendly.

I just wanted to leave this review to compliment the staff in the cafe, we often pop in on a weekend for a coffee and it is always a pleasant experience. I feel bad as I don't know his name however the older gent who often works Saturday mornings is always so friendly and welcoming it really does make a difference his attitude is amazing. And he always makes a banging coffee. Thank you 👌

Great cafe, nice menu and lovely food. Highly recommend. A shout out has to go to Chris who served us, she was quite possibly one of the friendliest members of Tesco staff I've met.

Since it has been refurbished with new decor, it’s definitely much improved. I find the menu choices better and the staff are friendly too. I enjoy coming here now.

I went to the cafe in tescos today and we are waiting to be served there a girl collecting cups so the team leader comes out and the way she talked to the girl collecting cups was unexceptional infort of custom shouting at her there cleanly some wrounge with the girl collecting the cups after l told the girl at the till she thought it was funny laughing with her team leader very sad this poor girl they will be the last time we eat here how the hell is the girl team leader

We usually stop for coffee when shopping here. There's also a good selection of snacks, from cakes to mini-meals. The coffee is always nice. It does get busy so be prepared for a queue at lunchtimes. Space is tight so we try not to bring our trolley in. Tables aren't as clean as they used to be. And the drinks menu has changed so it's not clear what size to ask for. I ordered a "regular", was charged for a "large" and billed for a "medium". Confused? Me too! Even the assistant couldn't explain when asked.

I am a regular customer here as I get some lunch after I do my shopping. My normal score would be 5 stars however,today I am bitterly disappointed. Not only did I get a cheese and tomato toastie instead of the omelette I ordered I then had to wait at the till for another 5 minutes while the omelette was done before I could pay and be drinking my cup of tea. To add insult to injury the omelette and beans were stone cold. Hooray for the hot slice of toast. On top of that I also had to ask for butter to spread on said piece of toast. 1 star is 1 to many today!

2nd time in 2 weeks we have visited.Both times staff seemed to be wishing they were elsewhere .Seemed like weren't interested in serving us.& when did serve us no smiles or eye contact .A little lesson in customer service wouldn't go amiss.Won't be visiting here again for a while

Unorganized cafe staff. Takes some time to get served by a girl who seems to be new and receiving no help from the others. The toasts were soaked in grease, no taste of bread just oil. Despite that coffee tasted really good.

Member of staff didn't engage with us again on this second visit, after standing and waiting for service. It was like her mind was elsewhere and not on her job. Poor customer service skills.
