Just had a meal for four with fish and chips from the Little Chippy for the first time and really thrilled we have found this place. Everything was cooked fresh and you could really tell the difference. The fish was exquisite and the side of chips were cooked to perfection. Will definitely be going back soon and look forward to trying the Caribbean food. A real great find, with lovely staff and owners!

Found this on just eat and thought would give it a go. Food is decent and great value for money. Next time i will definitely try the Caribbean. We have a great new little takeaway. Oh and the lady who served me was very polite.

Best fish and chips - really fresh and tasted great (cake was good too). Excellent, friendly service. Will come back again when in area for sure.

NO STARS. BITTERLY DISSAPOINTED. THE FIRST NIGHT OF OUR HOLIDAY...THE BATTER WAS THICK AND TASTELESS ON OUR FISH, THE FISH WAS GREY AND DIDN'T TASTE LIKE COD OR HADDOCK. SIME IF THE CHIPS HAD OBVIOUSLY BEEN RE COOKED AND COULDN'T BITE INTO THEM AND THE REST DRY AND LEATHERY. BINNED EXPENSIVE MEAL. PERHAPS QUALITY RATHER THAN QUANTITY.

Opening times for Tuesdays say 12-9pm on Internet so we wandered down for nothing because it was closed. Think this needs updating. So then went there for opening at 430 as states on board outside only to find it closed again.!? Went back at 5 pm for the doors just opening. Lady says will be ten mins for fryers to heat. Fryers take a while to heat up and chips to cook so we are very disappointed 3 walks for absolutely nothing because seems they open when they want to. won't be returning.Uldate.Now updating review...... 2 weeks later walking past the chippy after a dog walk with my 10 year old daughter I get a barrage of abuse because of my review on here. Asking my problem and having a go at my husband. Who incidentally didn't know anything about my review. Also telling me I don't know who I'm messing with.!!!!! And the big bloke wouldn't actually speak directly to me but spoke threateningly to my husband as if talking to me. Please be careful about leaving a review because of the repocussions you may get afterwards.Been reported.
