The Nags Head in Breckland

Sensational food. Excellent value. Very friendly staff. Presentation and taste of food is exceptional, especially for pub food. What a find.

Was able to get a table last minute, food was good,tho a bit overpriced, ale selection could be more varied

Had steak and ale pie it was delicious and it was huge. Would recommend.

Just had one of the best pub lunches in a long time at the Nag's Head in East Harling! Fish and chips cooked to perfection and superb glazed salmon with pakchoi and noodles stir fry. Strongly recommended!

Food good but service rather casual considering it wasn't very busy. The staff were lovely.

A group of five of us had an evening meal here. 3/5 ordered the steak, all without tomato and mushrooms, they all arrived with tomato and mushrooms and they had all been cooked rare which was not that they had ordered. For dessert one of us order the cheese and crackers, it looked lovely and there was a nice selection of cheeses but only three crackers. One of the otter desserts which was mine was the toffee apple crumble which arrived stone cold and when I complained it got taken back and pinged in the microwave which was then scolding hot and I had to wait a long while for it to cool, by this time most of the others had finished. The staff were very helpful and we hope this is a one off as otherwise the food was lovely.

Went to the Nags Head on Monday to celebrate a friends 80th.My wife had the Salmon and I went for the Steak & Ale Pie, and both were excellent. I recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding if you have any space left.All in all, a very pleasant experience and we shall return very soon.Well done 👏

Camping locally, drove past and decided to try it for Sunday lunch, what an excellent choice! Staff were very accommodating, friendly and perfect in every way! Complements to the chef, I could not fault the food in any way, steak was tender and cooked to perfection. Left after 3 courses and not too hard on the wallet either.Shall certainly be returning

We came here for a Sunday roast and it was one of the best pub Sunday roasts I've ever had. Absolutely delicious, the flavours were amazing. Friendly and accommodating staff. Wish we could come back more often but we live 4 hours away!
