My local pub I loved spending my afternoon out the back of the saxon pub. Friendly staff and nice fresh drinks.

Very cool pub in this pub very wonderful people working, and most importantly very clean not like in some pubs.

Have visited this place twice before and food was ok. Last visit service was poor and slow. Quality was very poor. My food was delivered more like a coffin plate, the hot bread was wet and floppy. Food was disgusting. The place is fast food. Would not eat at this place.

Great pub serving good food on Sunday's (carvery) and Wednesday's I think. Live music every 2nd Sunday (jam session) with varied music from The Shadows to Country And Folk. Friendly customers. Fine hosts Mandy and Paul.

The Saxon is a very good pub to go to, all the people are kind, I like when we have bingo game every Thursday it nice to see a lot of people that I've remembered when the first time I come to the Saxon and it feels nice to spend time with them every Thursday. Thanks to Uncle Paul and Auntie Mandy for making my day better and better hope you're good and healthy and I hope you have a good 2019👍
