Waitrose cafe, Swaffham in Breckland

Some of the best food available in any supermarket. Given it the fifth star now due to their, still, excellent approach to COVID when all others have given up despite there still being a massive problem.

I would like to commend all staff at my Waitrose through this challenging 2 years they have worked hard to keep shop stocked and delivering to on line shoppers. I’ve always been greeted with cheerful smiles and helpful staff. Everyone is missing Andy and all the coffee shop team hope to be having a cappuccino and cake real soon. It really is my Waitrose

A large, clean, well laid out store. It has the quality and service we expect from Waitrose. Clean toilets, plent of free parking and a garage on site. All the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite

Shopping was fine. Unfortunately the person(female)on the till thought I was trying to steal a newspaper (which I don't have to pay for anyway as I am a frequent waitrose shopper and have a waitrose card) and this upset me so much I could not remember the pin number on my John lewis card which meant I had to use another card therefore missing out on my John lewis points. Today's service was way below waitrose usual standard and it's nothing short of insulting to suggest a customer spending close to £100 is trying to steal a newspaper.

Quite busy. Some shelves empty, due to either panic buying or supply shortage. There were notices on some shelves apologising for the spaces. Long life milk was nearly empty, bread another. Prices seem to be increasing although Waitrose is always more expensive.

Very clean, plenty of space & excellent produce and products with very helpful, polite staff. A great shopping experience.

We went here while we were camping, not our usual supermarket.They had a good selection of food (although no strawberries in August 🤷🏻‍♂️)Prices more expensive than the big 3 supermarkets, but I'd expect that.There wasn't a hot deli counter either, which I was a little surprised about, as we usually buy a cooked chicken while camping.

Absolutely beautiful Waitrose store in a lovely town, use the store regularly, use the shell Waitrose garage when I am taking my old lotus elan out for a run , store has excellent selection and service, lovely cafe ,good enough for the royals, Kate uses the store, you are what you eat and Waitrose is the finest!.

A delightful store..nestling at the foot of the EchTech Centre wind turbine.With a large car park and not too busy at the time of our mid-week visit.Very helpful staff members, not at all phased by our requests for wild mushrooms and Italian cherry tomatoes.Who knew all this choice could be available in Swaffham? We shall return...
