Dominoes in Brentwood

Order was never delivered by domino's. Contacted the store and was passed on to someone with an accent called "Mark" who said he was the manager. Was offed a refund which I accepted. I was then told it was my fault the delivery note was missed by the driver. No apology no remorse. A bad workman blames the tools.

Normally good my local branch. But recently been quite bad. Hopefully gets back to normal soon! Order Cold unfortunately.

Put in an order for 20 pizza plus sides on scout camp. Took about 30 minutes and we got everything right and everything was hot. Excellent work from the staff there. The person who took my order was very calm as well.

Always good on delivery, we love dominos, nothing is wasted, but finding it quite expensive now so even with the meal.deals we are 40quid light for a family of 4. Will use again but only special occasion lol.

Always had the best service when ordering a pizza for delivery, Pizza's hot on arrival & never let my family down or when kids have friends over... Well done guys. Keep up the good work.

I'm giving them a two because the other Asian guy on the phone couldn't provide a conversation.I asked him if there were any deals,he then repeated my number said ok and then randomly hung up which was just bizarre behaviour.I even had to call back after five minutes because I wasn't sure if he was going to call back.He didn't specify so left my order with a guy able to conduct a successful conversation - which was better but he tried to charge 21 quid as apposed to the 18 quid deal already mentioned.The food is always good and the delivery is always reasonable but weird communication.Monday the 21st of Oct 2019.8pm

Got an order for delivery. Pizza was nice but the driver dropped our big garlic dip and it broke, told us he'd go get us another one and be back within ten minutes. Half an hour later and still no driver. Ridiculous.

I didn't get what I ordered and waited ages to pay while he found me a deal which wasn't a deal at all when I was told that what I had asked for hadn't been put through the system. So didn't get what I wanted and didn't get a deal. But the pizza was decent

Have used these guys for pizzas for over two years now and never had a problem with the food or the service. The staff are always polite and give you great service. The food is always tasty and is made fresh.

Have always ordered from these and never had any trouble 2hrs I have been waiting and all I got was the driver tried didn't try hard enough. Not happy will have to wait 5 working days for my money back to trust me will never order from these again!!!!!!!!
