Great Wall in Brentwood

Didn’t get the hoisin sauce with our duck and that’s the favourite part of the dish :(

Made an order last night about 5.30pm ish. They didn't deliver the crispy seaweed. So i rang, was told we can pay to have it delivered or come collect it🤣🤣🤣. You what? Then was told they would deliver in a bit and hour later nothing so I rang, was told they can't just put me to front of the line but it would be delivered. Guess what? Its now the next day and we still don't have it. Absolute liberty. The basis of delivery is that you deliver my food because I can't be bothered to cook or go collect.... won't be using you ever again!

Just ordered, the Singapore noodles were basic but the chicken satay was the poorest thing I’ve ever seen or tasted, no sauce in the pot, the chicken looked like it was from aroma buffet, no cucumbers or onions, was as dry as a nuns chuff, took too long for delivery too, suppose that’s what u get when British smack heads r in the kitchen cooking

Had sweet &sour prawn balls. Now only get 9 for a pound increase. I only got 7. Pancake rolls were just bean shoots very disappointing. Meal was delivered 15 minutes before estimated time and was not hot ?

Ordered on a Saturday evening, was told delivery would be in 45 minutes. The Food arrived, piping hot, delicious and not only enjoyed by all, it was very politely delivered 20 minutes early. Thoroughly recommended, well done and Thank You

Worst Chinese i have ever had !!! Chicken chow mein tasted like it had been cooked a day or two days before and heated up and the chicken balls batter tasted stale and soggy and the chicken had no taste at all. Avoid this place

One dish on the menu was not correct when delivered. Called to advise we were missing half of the dish. Staff very rude and customer service was shocking. Was told they would redeliver the dish but then backtracked. Will not be ordering from here again. Very unsatisfactory.

Has been my favourite Chinese take-away since moving into the local area in 1997 despite a change of ownership a couple of times. Consistently good food, discount for collection or free local delivery, free prawn crackers if you spend £15. Since last change of ownership, some non Chinese staff on the telephones / front desk that don't seem to be quite as efficient as previous owners/ staff. Occasionally 20 or 30 minutes wait for order to be cooked on Saturday evenings. Generally no complaints and worth the wait.

This is my usual Chinese takeaway but tonight was poor it took an hour and thirty five mins to deliver it was barely warm food was dry curry sauce was like water I won't be using them again . Such a shame as I have had many a nice meal perhaps it's new owners

Made order at 5pm for delivery at 7:30, after waiting till 9pm still no delivery! Every time you call they say it's leaving the shop. If you want a Chinese don't order from here it never turns up, avoid at all costs.
