HH KEBAB in Brentwood

Inedible kebab. Very disappointing, tasteless and very greasy. I literally threw it straight in the bin.The meat is a really funny colour and tasted awful

I take back my initial 5 star review, I ordered two doner kebabs, I requested salad but it was basically all onions and some tomatoes and hardly any garlic sauce. Ordered extra chilly sauce and it sort of just tasted of passata, it had a weird unpleasant taste. It always happens to me the first order is good and on the second order it’s always disappointing. I won’t be ordering again from them again and the quest to find a consistently good kebab shop continues.

I had given up on finding a nice kebab place in Brentwood so I took one last chance and boy was I happy! Excellent value for money, generous portion (I ordered large) the meat on my shish kebab was tender and juicy, the salad was fresh, delicious garlic and chilly sauce, which wasn’t that spicy if you like it very hot, I found it very pleasant. I ordered a doner for my daughter which I had a taste of and it was just as good. The chips were not homemade but you could tell they were cooked in clean fresh oil. I placed my order at around 18:30 on a Friday and it was delivered within the hour. Highly recommend.

Really nice Kebabs, possibly the best in Brentwood but the staff couldn't be any ruder if they tried. This hasn't been isolated to one occasion. Good food but prepare to walk away with a sour taste in your mouth... won't be going back.

I have been using H&H for the past 20 years of my life. The boss himself and his sons provide excellent service. Theyre kebabs are simply amazing! Wouldnt use them for this long if they werent. Prices are very good too for the area. They also have Deliveroo which i found out during Covid lockdown which made my day.

Food is always beautiful everything is freshly cooked. Also never had such tender chicken sheesh best in essexRepeat visits. Really friendly staff too.5 star hygiene rating for last 3+ years
