Kfc in Brentwood

Food is amazing and restaurant is well clean and organised well , staff so friendly with me every time, all my requests is be patient with this people, they trying there best to make us full fill our hungry.

absolute shambles had no record of my order had to show the order on my phone to be believed then when I got home instead of 9pieces of chicken there was only 6 wont be using again

Very dirty, staff don't seem to care. Expect food everywhere on the floor. Touchscreens were met clean either. Food was average.

Every time I order from Deliveroo for kfc there missing items.I don’t understand why they can’t check the order before it goes.

I've order online via Uber Eats ,my order was Mighty bucket for one and Zinger Burger Meal but i was so disappointed and disgusted about the chicken.The chicken smelled awful, like it was rotten. Simply disgusting!

Dont go here if you want fast food every deliveroo order is put in front of you .i waited nearly half an hour and i wasnt alone .we threatened to block the counter to the deliveroo drivers and finally they prepared our orders .piss poor service 🤬

Regular KFC. You can order at the till or at the machine. I gave a low score because it felt like the staff at my time of visiting were unprofessional. I had to repeat my order multiple times and they were laughing at my order (lol not sure what was so funny) and my order ended up incorrect

Seating area looked dirty so I decided to get a take out. When I got home the extra hot wings I ordered were missing ! I won’t rush back.

Order machines only semi operational and no proper ticket system in place. Customer supplies such as salt were also empty and in need of filling, and tables were wet after having been cleaned but not dried. The food was alright, but it would be nice if there were boxes for eat-in customers, as it makes a lot of mess just eating chicken right out of a bucket.

Great visit on 19th November. I came for a greasy bucket, and I have been feeling very positive ever since.
