No drive through

The manager here, took my order then went off to change the bins, my big mac order then came up and was handed by a woman behind the counter to a lady that arrived after me. The manager then came back to serve other customers without washing his hands and served 5 other people while a few more big macs were handed out by the other server and when I asked why I wasn’t being served the manager said my order had not come up.I informed him that 3-4 big macs had been served and he just blanked me and continued serve other customers.I was, to put it mildly a bit pissed off at the terrible and slow service and disgusting hygiene of the man. His finger nails were as dirty as they could have been and if my meal wasn’t wrapped up then I would asked to be served by someone else
