I love this place. Food is good, good quality ingredients and feels very healthy. Staff is very nice, attentive and offering quick service. Prices are reasonable, you get good portions

I love going to this place. More importantly, so does my son who loves their sticky combo rice. Decor fairly basic but service friendly & quick

Really nice food. I'm sure the size of the meals, and quantity of meat, has increased since the last time we went. Thoroughly recommend. Think Wagamamas, but slightly cheaper.

I ordered takeaway quarter crispy duck and prawn amai with rice. It turned out to be the most horrible meal I've ever had.Duck seemed like something that's been heated too many times (looks like left over) and the rice tasted horrible!The only good thing was that it was ready on time(as stated online), I will not be patronising again. Absolute waste of money.

I’ve tried this multiple times now and the common denominator is not me. I always crave a world known typical spicy ramen dish. I’ve tried to order this from them and explain how I want it to look/taste. The first try they gave me some random black bean dish that was disgusting (I eat & enjoy probably 90% of foods) then I asked to change it and they came out with a really rich stir fry? I went back and thought it may be my communication so I tried to ask for a chicken ramen broth but it was basically noodles and chicken in water. Just went back and I asked the waitress to literally make me some noodles with a spicy chilli/curry sauce and she said no we can’t do that??? I said I don’t want a broth or stir fry dish So she recommended something ‘similar’. I asked to add enoki and she said they can’t do that also? They brought out noodles swimming in a bowl of soup with hundreds of tomatoes and mushrooms. After reading the reviews a lot of other people experienced the same. Also I’ve learnt they have a 1 star hygiene rating!!! Also that table lay out??? I don’t want hyper kids sitting on my lap when I’m on a date…

Excellent big portions and delicious. The staff were attentive and friendly. The dessert was home made, so soft and fluffy. I would be going again to try another dish on the menu.

Ordered delivery recently. 2 orders of duck and rice, and a side of gyoza. I paid extra for 1 order of duck to have egg fried rice instead of boiled rice. Did not get what I paid for, both orders came with boiled rice. £35.65 for that... Unbelievable.

Great big portion for a reasonable priced. Good selection of rice and noodles although I was surprised with the limited fried rice option on the menu. Staffs were really friendly and good with kids. There should however provide high chair for babies/smaller kids. So I am taking one star off for the lack of high chairs.Since my last review a year ago, I think the restaurant now offer high chair as I’ve been asked if my kid needs one - although he doesn’t now! But that’s a really good improvement from before. Otherwise, food quality and service has remained good and unchanged. I always enjoy stopping here when we are on our way to visit our friends up north. Easy access from the motorway is a huge bonus. Keep up the good work team!
