Nando's in Brentwood

Nando’s! What more can you say. Place was a little bit grubby though could do with a good clean.

Easy family dining, staff are super helpful and accommodating.

I had went recently as I had received a gift card and my experience was even worse than expected. Not only was the chicken ridiculously dry and 70% fat but the sides were not cooked properly.On top of that, staff were packing up an hour and a bit before closing time saying “don’t let them have the sauces, they can have sachets”. You can hear staff swearing, singing loudly and making a ruckus, playing around. Almost asif you had walked past a group of teens on the street. While it’s obvious the majority of staff are young, I still expect a certain standard and for staff to be trained. I do not expect top star service from Nandos but atleast somewhat bearable to eat food at.I hope these comments are taken into consideration as I have noted responses from management are isolatory to positive feedback.

Horrendous! I gave them a second chance after 4-5 months of the last mess up. Collected my ordered the chicken breast was half a chicken breast, nearly broke a tooth on the garlic bread and chips cold as usual.This branch is so bad they need staff with good attitudes and training. Wont be going back!

Thank god they had Chicken they didn’t have anything else. Dirty cutlery, empty sauce bottles, no napkins. I do not expect 5 start service, but would like the minimum. At least food!!!!

I have enjoyed eating at Nando's up until now but today's experience wasn't that nice. I went in to dine alone and ordered a 1/4 chicken with 2 sides, spiced rice and coleslaw. The food took more than 30 mins and I was starving.The chicken breast was quite dry to be honest and overdone. The skin was burnt, black and was bitter. It was well seasoned and had flavour to the bone, no complains with that. The coleslaw was bland and a little too sour.Hope it's noted and rectified and I look forward to a better meal next time.

This is the third time we have been to this nandos. The first time was terrible so they gave us a voucher, returned with the voucher, was okay, service wasn’t great. We visited again today, the chicken thighs were cut in half and the plates looked sloppy. Wasn’t impressed, a bang average meal, just very overpriced!

Wait time was too long. Mash tasted quite stale, garlic bread not great. I have had better so was looking forward to the meal.The best part of the meal was haloumi with dip for our starter and the chips was good.

Another lovely meal at Nandos with my wife. This time we had the new summer menu chicken salad which was surprisingly filling. Staff were great, very efficient, and we cleared our plates as always.

Very quick service, food came out quickly and was well cooked and spiced. Chicken was a little burnt but I like it that way so no complaints. Will definitely be returning.
