Come for a pizza after a night out, guys behind the counter thought we was drunk & would be able to take us on, no such thing, had a deal advertise on the counter menu collection £9.99 any pizza asked to do that the guys behind the counter said sorry all deals stop at 10pm & charges us £19.99 for a large pizza, me being a little suspicious because there wasn’t any small bring saying it stopped at 10pm decided to see if I could do the deal online……I could so when I showed the guy behind the counter he tried to tell me no I can’t that, so I asked to cancel my order which he did so then in front of them I ordered the pizza online for £9.99! The guy wasn’t happy at all as the shop was full of people he had done the same too so as you can imagine this caused chaos in the shop & he had to start doing refunds! We did get our pizza and it wasn’t that nice! Had better pizza in a weatherspoons!

Rudest staff ever took my money and didn't give me my pizza and blocked my number because i kept calling up will never order from this place again

Went to order from here last night for my 2 young daughters when calling up to order just one large pizza which states on the website £7.99 collection, the guy is trying to tell me £20.99 for 1 large pizza to collect, I said are you joking what because it's New Years? Very disappointed this company should be ashamed.

Good food. Arrived hot. Friendly driver. Better quality and value for money than Dominoes. The Dips are a let down though.

Shocking. They accepted my order from Uber eats and when I called to check on the timing they said if the driver didn’t get there within 3 minutes they would go home - I ordered the food 15 minutes prior!! Why accept orders you know you cannot be BOTHERED to fulfil?! Never again

30.11.2020It used to be a very good pizza place. But not anymore.Ordered at 4.50 pm 80 pounds worth of stuff and kept on waiting and checking the "Track your order". At 17.45 the tracking was telling me to enjoy my order. 10 minutes later called the store and was told that "your food is on your way Mr Paul". Im not Mr Paul so apparently not the only one complaining. At 6 pm my food has arrived and both my mrs and my daughter told me that the voice on the phone is the same as the delivery man. That tells me that the new store policy is to keep you waiting untill you call, that way they save money on delivery.Now ill get to the second bit. The food was cold, literally cold. From all the boxes only the desert was warmish. But you cannot complain about delivery time or warmth of food anymore("The Quality Guarantee excludes any issues with a pizza related to the temperature of the product and/or the delivery time.") - so thats quality out the window.These boxes are supposed to come with a "Quality Seal". Out of 6 boxes only 2 came with the sticker(one of the pizzas and the desert). Out of these 2 one had the sticker at the top part of the box and not the bottom as well.We ordered Tango orange and we received 7 up sugar Free.One of the pizzas was with double pepperony/bacon and extra cheese. What i got was double pepperoni, no bacon, some ham??? and a little cheese with tons of ketchup???I do not recommend anymore, PLEASE AVOID!

Absolute joke. Ordered a pizza and got a phone call from the delivery driver asking for my postcode he says he's on his way and half an hour later still no pizza. Tried to call the store but they put me on hold without even speaking to me. Tried to call again and no answer so I called the delivery guy back. He said he was STILL trying to find my address then tried to tell me id given him the wrong post code as if i don't know my own address.... i don't live anywhere remote so I dont understand why he seemed to have such an issue. Bearing in mind all this time the pizza is in a car somewhere going cold which I told him and he asked me what he's supposed to do. In the end I told him to forget it because even if he finally found where I live the pizza would be cold. I highly doubt ill get my money back because they cant even be bothered to answer the phone but will never even consider using again which is a shame as where I used to live papa John's was my go to fod pizza. Clearly not in brentwood.

Delicious pizza!! Great and very friendly people! Quick response and pizzas were hot and fantastic! Thank you guys for the lovely night you gave us!! Keep up with the great job!
