Papadom in Brentwood

I ordered chicken Tikka masala (hot) and chicken tandoori from Papadom(Brentwood).Quantity was good but the food coloring in the Tikka masala was so much. Even after washing 3 times with hand wash my hand looks like this as in the photo. So kindly reduce the food colour.

The food is HALAL, I never knew….people eating here are funding the torture of animals

Ordered our first ever take away for collection last and thought it was going to be nice. Paid £40 for 2 people which I could get for £10 cheaper around my area,but thought we have a change. Anyway, not spicy at all for a vindaloo, all watery rice,nan bread didn't have coconut in all burnt as for bombay alaloo no comment.

The best Indian in Brentwood. We have been regulars here for the last two years! Always delivered hot, fresh and delicious and the customer service is excellent!

It's nice and you can select spice levels too, I would say it's not a perfect Indian dish but it's good to see some flavors, taste is good.

Simply the best around and not just for Indian style takeaway food. I've been looking for a good Chinese takeaway provider but none come up to the standards of provision that the Papadom demonstrate.I keep coming back to Papadom because of their huge variety of flavours, their willingness to vary their dishes when asked and generous portions.And the guys in the shop are just so very polite and accommodating.Martin.

It's a Saturday, order placed at 19.15 on their own website. 45 minute delivery time stated. It's now 21.00 and finally it has arrived. Late delivery aside, its a nice hot curry! No freebies, poppadoms etc, but the good food rescued this from a 1 star.

Meat found in vegetarian only order. If you are a vegetarian avoid this place. Was told over the phone "these things happen" which is obviously completely unacceptable.

Very disappointed with my deliveroo. Really bland and watery.Vegatable Biryani had huge prices of broccoli and carrots. The sauce was very watery and the rice was...bland.There was minimal spices and flavouring in the food.The nan seemed reheated not fresh.The daal was sweet and had no spices in it whatsoever too.And almost £3 for two tiny veg somosas, I wouldn't mind if they had any blooming flavour!Only positives areDelivery was very quickThe yoghurt, mint and mango sauce with the somosas.I should have bought £20 of that sauce, I would have been much happier!

Have been ordering from these lovely owners for years now, lovely food, friendly polite owner & staff. Good Service, Good Delivery Service.
