Pizza Express - Brentwood in Brentwood

Gosh golly I do say, this restaurant is lovelier than a school day with no maths. The food is tasty and I love the interior design, the black and white stripe is edgy and radical.One thing though, the staircase is so steep everytime I walk up it, I feel as if I am going to topple down like a domino!And the lavatorys are an utter DISGRACE!! They are so small and manky, I think your business is doing well enough for a little reno in the toilets, yes.Love the food though.

Came here with my family , to celebrate my daughter birthday. staff were lovely and the place has a great atmosphere. We were served by Sophie and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Will visit again, thankyou.

Staff behavior:I am a fan of Pizza Express. But I went to this branch and spent an hour. I saw a member of staff was very rude to other staffs and delivery drivers for the whole time! She was an elderly, fat English lady. This ruined my evening. Will avoid them.

My daughter had her 8th birthday party here yesterday, we couldn't thank our host Millie enough, she made sure everyone was entertained, fed and happy! Reasonable costs, food was fab and all the kids had a great time!

Excellent experience at Pizza Express in Brentwood today. Very accommodating for gluten free and with two very small demanding children.

had a lovely meal here with friends for my birthday- most lovely staff especially our server Lisa. So welcoming !

Food was fab but really let down by the service. Welcomed by a rather large blonde lady shouting at us from halfway down the restaurant to shut the first door. Sat us down after 5 minutes with no menus, meal was ruined by her constantly shouting at delivery drivers to shut the door. Very rude to kitchen staff also. Manager didn’t bat an eyelid so I can only assume it’s standard behavior.

Our last visit on Wednesday, the 9th of February was amazing. The two blond ladies were going above and beyond to look after every customer. The restaurant was full and they kept their calm and served everyone in a friendly manner. The food was tasty as usual.

Had an absoloutley amazing experience at pizza express. Food is always so amazing but the service In the Brentwood branch goes above and beyond, making this experience a 10/10. Deffinitely perfect setting for a date or meal with friends or family. Would highly reccomend

Had the most wonderful time with my family, thanks to the delicious food, and amazing customer service. The waitress was lovely, very attentive and made us laugh!! Will be returning soon and will definitely be recommending it to my friends!!
