Chris (possibly manager) was on shop floor when my son dropped a French stick...he went off to get fresh one and returned with fresh one and the items I had enquired about to, great customer service.

I'm sure the goods inside the store are fine....its the car park experience that needs improvement. There are no designated pedestrian pathways so you end up dodging cars who are either desperate to park or desperate to leave. The bay immediately opposite the zebra crossing by M&S should be hatched out as a no parking area so pedestrians have access to the car park.Currently cars try and park as people are walking in.AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN.

One of the biggest Sainsbury's I've been to. It's in two levels and has a huge car park. The actual shop is huge. There is a Lloyds pharmacy inside and Argos as well. There is a Deli counter, a Sushi one, a pizza one and a bakery that makes fresh bread and pastries everyday. There is a currency exchange desk for travel cash and I think they offer travel insurance too. Upstairs there used to be a very spacious restaurant, I'm curious to see what they will turn into now that it is closed.

A good place for your weekly shop. Everything under one roof including an Argos if you pre order. Always use the self scanning which cuts down on the queuing, unloading and repacking.

It's great when it's quiet but it's absolutely manic when it's rush hour. There was one time where I was stuck in there, and nearly gone over my free 30 minute period, because the lousy roundabout was giving noone way from Sainsbury's.

Very often poorly stocked, I’m disappointed that this is my local store. I often drive 20 mins extra to get to another store that I know will have the things that I want in stock

It's sainsburys, more expensive than most and missing items as usual. The usual level of poor supply chain issues, but the staff are helpful and friendly.

·

Would have given 0 stars if I could of. Literally walked round aimlessly looking for items. Absolutely no staff on shop floor to help!

·

In and out within 45 for my weekly shop, love the 9.30 on a Sunday morning opening time and pay at till at 10, very quiet, best time to go. Staff always friendly and helpfull

Great store has most of the things you would require not a lot of Indian stuff here so don't go for shopping Indian ingredients here and has alot of moderate to expensive stuff. If you buy Sainsbury's things they would be cheaper but there quality is not as good though. All in all a decent place for all your needs and if it's nearby in your community.
