Came here with my partner for lunch and I was pleasantly surprised. It was my first time visiting and I’ll be definitely returning again. Didn’t wait too long for the food and food was up to par. Thanks to Tom for the great service. Highly recommended….

Great night tonight in Slug and Lettuce. Staff were fantastic. Very polite, professional and attentive. Lively and amazing atmosphere, number one spot for cocktails. Great!

Absolutely amazing service from all the staff, but especially Louise! Came for a bottomless Prosecco brunch for a Hen Party & they really looked after us, filling up our glasses before we even asked! 🤩❤️

Food was good but order messed up, waited half an hour for one of us to eat alone. Another order was out of two items.Bottomless brunch was served excellently though by Ellise- thanks!

Walked in and found a table to sit. First impression was that it seemed to be a nice place. 6 of us wanting to dine so we chose our food and went to the bar to pay. Quite a wait to place the order as there was only 1 member of staff but it was fine. Then it all goes wrong. We waited 40 mins for our food, no mention of there being a wait, then it finally arrived (well 2 of the meals). No cutlery was on the table and nobody available to ask. After waiting for a while one of our party knocked on the kitchen door to ask for some. A young girl came out and proceeded to finish her cocktail making order before making any attempt to get us some cutlery. She did eventually come over and then made a comment regarding us knocking on the kitchen. By this time, our food was quite cold. Her attitude was awful and we told her we no longer wanted the food and would like a refund. After an eye roll she told us to go to the bar and sort it with man over there. Definitely wouldn't go there again and it's no surprise it was almost empty in there with such awful staff working

Amazing brunch hosted by manager Louise. Very attentive and topping up our glasses before we even realise they are nearly finished. Lovely girl and had lots of conversations, can't wait to come back. I had the best birthday so thank you x

Love this place! Amazing interior (very insta worthy!) and the food was so yummy. Had a halloumi and avocado wrap🤩. Couldn’t recommend it enough, especially since it’s family friendly and the staff are always polite and helpful. They make the best cocktails in Brentwood! Thank you guys.
