Place was empty and tables full of rubbish. No one in queue but still took 10mins to make up an order of 2 drinks. Ordered drink with oat milk as daughter is non-dairy, given semi-skimmed milk without advice, it was only because my daughter noticed the order label (thankfully) When questioned the response was “we only have 2 cartons of oat milk left and the manager won’t let us use them” 🤷🏻‍♀️. Obviously….we won’t go again and we’ll stick to Cafe Nero where the customer service is always fantastic.

There was 1 person in Starbucks when I arrived and it was very quite, the employees were chatting away doing nothing they didn’t even notice me and on top of that every single table had rubbish on and if it didn’t then it was dirty and had not been wiped down. The floor was also disgusting. Customers ended up coming in and there was no rush at assist them as the line piled on, after 1 customer was served the employees carried on their conversations for a few minutes and then served the next customer after making them wait.

Its a nice place to chill and drink a coffee. But for the last few months there has been an issue with cleaning. Also the toilets have not been available for at least 3 months. Everytime I go to this starbucks and it happens to be almost everyday theres no where to wash hands or use the toilet. Apart from the above it's a great place.

Do coffee, but does that really set them apart from the competition? No. Didn't show boxing.

Recently refurbished its interior is comfortable with seating, power sockets and good coffee of course. Overall great. But…What has really let it down is that their toilets are permanently “out of order” - you can’t sit there with your laptop or with friends for any decent amount of time. Until the toilet is repaired unfortunately I’ll be taking my money elsewhere.

The place is absolutely disgusting. Toilets don’t work, they have not been working for the past 2 months, coffee it’s served to you in plastic cups they don’t have any other cups. Cakes are served on paper bags as they don’t have any china plates, the manager on the day ( Sunday the 24 of April or supervisor is rude ) tables are not cleaned most of the time we have to use baby wipes to clean ourselves. I don’t know what else to say but a very bad experience in there.

Used to love this place but I can't really say the same now.The floor has been broken for ages now and the only thing they've done so far is putting warning signs to avoid people tripping on it. It looks terrible and is definitely still a hazard. They advertise pumpkin spice latte but they ran out of pumpkin sauce, I asked for a tap water twice before I got it and it was warm. The service is really slow, sometimes there is more staff than customers and still you have to wait ages for a drink which to be fair is far from the quality standard you'd expect.Plus it's usually very dirty.

Did not accept cash (I think it may be illegal not to accept legal tender) freezing cold: doors open and air conditioning in November? It's enough to make someone vulnerable to catching Covid as heat fights infection. Prices were also above average in my Starbucks experience. What a disappointment to fi d a once pleasant coffee shop experience so seriously deteriorated and living on its reputation...

Worst ever....5 cheese toastie raw in the middle, bacon roll had to be re heated & both mocha frappachinos only filled to JUST over half way (1 small & 1 large we don't have cream) and they were like water with a flavouring....it was delivered tried calling no answer
