Subway in Brentwood

Fresh and tasty, sometimes orders through online are not reaching the store, so need to call and confirm but excellent service

They are always really tight with cheese and other toppings, and are forgetful and have to be reminded, there customer service overall isn’t very good and they aren’t very welcoming. They also don’t take the offer vouchers that are delivered to your home address.

My grandkids loved their early lunch.no complaints from them.

Does not open at 7am, opens at 9am! Wasted journey.

This is my favourite subway, always good food and mostly friendly staff. Nick is always lovely but Raj seems a bit rude.

Unprofessional and careless staff in Brentwood branch .The shop meant to close at 8:00 pm so we phoned them to make sure they open till 8 pm, when we went there at 7:20 pm, one of the staff said we closed and when we said we checked over the phone that you open till 8 pm she said we sometimes close at 6 pm and sometimes close at 8 pm. Which doesn’t make sense for me.

How is this possible to order online, choose the shop and it says open till 21, they take the order and the money, but the shop is closed?? At 7 pm. So no food, with the money taken. Great...

I enjoyed very good service when i went in on a monday. Paid a lot less for the meal too as it was half paid for by the government.

Realised recently that there was a branch here so went along for a sub. Ordered from the saver menu and I wasn’t disappointed. The member of staff was extremely helpful and recommended the bread and the sauces to have with my selection. Great value for fast service and a quick bite to eat.
