The Dairyman in Brentwood

Bar staff (two women) very rude completely ignored my husband and carried on chatting, when they did finally take notice of him they were extremely grumpy! Change your Bar staff to more friendly and happier staff!

Horrifically understaffed, waited half an hour for my drinks after ordering online only to be told I had to wait my turn, after an hour of complaining they finally gave me my two bottle of cider, nice employees tho

It's a spoons, what is there not to like? (Well perhaps aside from some of the customers, but they need somewhere to spend their giro).

Okay breakfast although eggs benedict were completely cooked through and no runny yolk! Cheap and cheerful though and unlimited coffee for under 2 quid is never a bad thing!

Great atmosphere! Kind staff.. good beverages. Decent food. And places to charge electronics..

Ordered through the app and got our food pretty quickly. Toilets were a bit wet and sticky, had to do some careful manoeuvres in there!

I recently visited this branch and the service was brilliant. I believe the bartender/waitress name was Shanice, she was extremely respectful and provided an amazing service to me and my family, I would definitely recommend this pub to someone else especially if this person is working on shift as they seem to raise the bar of food servicing.

Putting a 1 star review for this Wetherspoons is being very generous. The staff were rude, who tutted whenever we asked for things. Food was cold, and it wasn't even busy. Not to mention the flat lemonade. Avoid at all cost!

Loved this place. We had ordered food from meal deal and any 3 item menu. Chicken jalfrezi, chicken Tikka and fish/chips dish were delicious. Pizza and nachos were delicious too. Enjoyed the food and ambience. In the evening we got two options to order food, one from counter and second using online by scanning bar code printed on table. I see it as good option. Don't have to rush. Food is low-priced and tasty with great quantity. Worth visiting all the time.

Three of us came today for a drink and lunch, it was really good. I couldn't believe the prices, very inexpensive. The drinks and food were both very good, excellent value for money Very clean toilets. Covid precautions taken, screens between tables etc. All the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Recommended
