Zizzi - Brentwood in Brentwood

Lovely lunchtime meal, good service by friendly staff, just disappointed that the coffee machine was not working that day, no capachio for me that day

Went in for a quick meal with a friend this evening. The waitress who served us was super friendly and helpful, even recommending a great dish to my friend.I had the pork and wild boar meatballs to start and the beef shortrib for main, can't recommend either of these dishes enough. The shortrib was especially nice, the meat simply peeled off the bone, so we'll cooked!Will definitely be back for more!

Booked a table for 4 two weeks ago and selected the table I wanted for my daughter’s Birthday meal, when arriving we could not have the selected table because it was not noted down.Time was 3.15. We all sat down at that time and picked the drinks we wanted. Nobody asked what drink we wanted and so continued to select our food. After approx 20 mins a surprised waitress called to take our order for food and at lest apologised that nobody had taken our drinks order. The starter arrived after about 30 mins. We finished the starter at about 4.10pm almost an hour after sitting down. The starter was nice. Had to ask about main course at 4.45 pm which arrived at 5.10. Three of the four were nice, however the Carbonara dish was not, strange taste. I feel that the attention to customers needs were lacking badly. Maybe they were short staffed, I don’t know, however the Manager was there and at no time offered a explanation. At least they took the one bad meal off the bill. Sitting over 2 hours was too much. I noticed however that when a driver arrived for Take away meals those were ready and it seemed there priority.

Very cold as there was no heating. Food was okay. The place is a mess not clean at all. The be honest the worst zizi’s I’ve been to. Will definitely not be visiting then again.

Had a lovely time at Zizzi Brentwood today. The place has improved massively over the last couple of moths. This is my second time back and i can tell the difference from my last visit 6 months ago. Lovely food, friendly staff and overall a lovely restaurant i cant wait to return to!

Awful experience2 plates for 5 sharing starters !Nearly sat for 3 hours... because the service was so slow.Then they gave us the desert menu and ask to choose within seconds because it was the last orders ! What a joke. We arrived at 7:30.No heating, we were freezing. No one had the idea to let us seat upstairs where it was nice and warm.Useless staff

loads of mistakes and had to question my order with it incorrect and containing foods I could not eat. I feel like I was being picky but I didn't get what I asked for and it ruined my experience. shame cos the vegan lasagne was very tasty.

Nice vegan Jackfruit pizza. Great service. Would have been 5* if less oil had been used. I'll ask next time.
