Brundall New World in Broadland

We've used these quite a few times but then there really isn't much choice living in the villages. Food always nice and hot by the time we get home and is enjoyable. However they don't accept card, don't do delivery and even when I have phoned an order through it can still take a long time to get my food, it has on occasion felt quicker just to go and order it there as it seems they don't start cooking it until you are actually there and have paid.

The food from here is lovely.The only reason I haven't given a 5 star is because of the cash only policy and no delivery to the near by and surrounding areas.

This the worst takeaway I've ever tried 😫 I can't believe any of the good reviews I can only assume these people have never tried decent Chinese food so they can't compare it to anything. Took food back 3 times in one night , smelt off . People should stop buying their food from here so that we might get a new good takeaway for the local area.

Comprehensive menu, reasonably priced. They would only take cash in payment which meant we had to go across the road to the local supermarket first. Good amount of parking. Food was nice.

Ok I guess, staff member was polite and cooked fast while we waited, only downside was the chicken chow mein I asked for had an oily gravy on it 🤢 when I expected it to be dry noodles... and after pricing up the menu on Google it seems I was overcharged by £1.20, maybe old prices? 🤔 rest of the food was very tasty, well presented and piping hot when I got home so not too bad I guess

Such good food but the lady at the front really lets the place down. Been there twice in a week, was told one hour the first time when calling to pick up, was an hour and 45 in total - when I got there they couldn't find my order so I doubt she even took it in the first place. Second time I thought I'd walk in and order instead and was given a buzzer for when it was ready. I sat directly outside the front door and there must have been atleast 8 people outside with buzzers and waiting so it was busy to be fair but a guy after me order 2 dishes and I saw him leave 15 mins later (mine was 5 dishes). When the place emptied, I went in to ask how long my food would be as it had been over an our - to which I got the response 'oh, I've been buzzing you', when I said you haven't , I was told she came out to find me - she hadn't as I was sat outside the front door, then it changed to she sent a CUSTOMER out to find me! At this point I just said please stop lying to me and left. Again, real shame as we have been here around 10 times and the food is really good but she has always been the issue and is really short and rude.

Good food, good value.Plenty of meat in the meat dishes, full of flavour and tasted fresh. Have had several good takeaways from New World.

It was very good for us,There were mixed reviews for this takeaway - there weren't many others around to choose from so we gave it a go. Our meals were just great. We have a couple of mixed meat meals and they were good. Plenty of tasty meat and veg in a tasty sauce. The meat was still hot when we came down to the last bits - give it a try.

I have been to this establishment 4 times now and I order a vegetable spring because I'm a vegetarian, but everytime I get home there is meat in it and I have to chuck it away, despite clarifying each time that 'I want a vegetable one'!!!! And that old woman who serves behind the counter is a right old misery. Mind you when they get it right , the food is tasty.

I had seen the reviews and generally low score, but a friend recommended the take away. So I took a punt and had Cantonese sweet and sour chicken with Singapore fried rice about a week ago. Service was efficient, food was fabulous (the best I've had in ages from other takeaways). So yesterday I tried it again and just as good. There are many takeaways which are very poor, but this one seems excellent. I hope the high standard continues and looking forward to trying other dishes..
