Comfortable, well appointed room, great bed, lovely bathroom. Very friendly staff. Some people have moaned that the room isn’t cleaned every day but they make that clear on arrival and will clean it whenever you wish. Makes the job less wasteful and fine by us. We will, without any doubt, be staying here again

Pleasant staff, but room on second floor was hot and stuffy ,not easy to sleep in at all. There is a fan that helps a bit, but no aircon and a window that doesn't open enough to let fresh air in.It wasn't even hot outside, I shudder to think how it would be if 20c outside

Very friendly staff, rooms clean and tidy, made very welcome. Hotel near Great Yarmouth , and other interesting beaches. Hotel easy to find , close to Norwich city center.

The service was great. The restaurant/pub attached was great too. Fantastic staff and tasty and very fillong meals. The staff of the hotel were friendly, welcoming and helpful. They made the stay enjoyable.Maybe because we were on the ground floor...the toilet had scent was strong. Only criticism, maybe should add more of oder repellent to the toilet room for this reason.

No services due to covid! Cannot understand why these places never have a toilet brush in the bathrooms, are they expecting people to steal them?Staying for 5 nights, never gave you a change of towels.

2nd time stopped at this hotel 03 March 2022.Staff really helpful, room clean and tidy with a comfortable bed.Pre booked evening meal and breakfast, on the whole good however, coffee machine out of order when went for breakfast also cooked breakfast could have been a lot hotter. Will certainly use this hotel again when visiting Norwich.

Not that impressed. Greeted by a self check in console which was pointless as it ended up saying my partner and I had to go to reception which was unmanned. Once someone appeared we were asked what name the booking was under but insisted on also taking my partners name (not sure how this is relevant) and on booking a slot for breakfast, the first time in a hotel I've been told a specific time to eat rather than any time between two times. This was again pointless as there was a long queue on coming down for breakfast. Self serve buffet but many things overcooked like fried eggs where the yolks were rock hard and black pudding was some kind of weird mush that was stuck to the serving dish. Sausages and bacon were good, however most utensils burnt your hand due to being under the lights. To top it off our car was surrounded by bikers after checking out who begrudgingly moved to enable us to back out of our space. Overall fine for an overnight stop as comfy bed and roomy shower in our room but not much else to recommend.

It's close enough to the city centre to be useful as a stopover. A taxi from here to Riverside or the train station is less than £10. The hotel is well placed. Parking is good and free over night if you register and are staying. The reception was hosted and polite with very friendly staff. We also did the breakfast in the attached venue. It was all you can eat and well prepared. Worth booking a time as it did get busy even on a Sunday morning.Would recommend.

Room was clean, staff were friendly, the hotel was full but there was plenty of room in the car park. In my experience you can't really go wrong with Premier Inn...Update: stayed here for a second time this weekend, the room was as clean and comfortable as you would expect from a Premier Inn. However at checkout this morning the woman on the desk was abrupt to the point of rudeness. We greeted her with a cheery "good morning, can we check out of room *** please" and, without even looking at us, she snapped "put your room key in the drop box". And that was it! No "morning, no "thanks for your stay", no "goodbye", nothing. So I've deducted a star from my previous five star rating, for the poor customer service.

Comfortable beds. No air con but fans provided. Quiet. Bug bigs. Friendly staff. Have stayed here a few times. Dont go to the pub attached for food as it's rubbish!
