Chung Hing in Broadland

Been going here several year and satisfied with food and service; nearly always have the special curry. Last visit unfortunatley was not good, service was rather grumpy, and the usual curry had a horrible taste preventing it being eaten. Didn't go back as didn't want to lose any more of the evening. Will have to venture a bit further next time and try somewhere else.

Very rude unfriendly man on the till and the food was horrible so my partner said. I went in to get in and my partner ate it, well attempted to eat it. Will never go back

Normally good hot food. We normally just order and take it home but will need to check in future after getting a totally burnt mushroom omelette. The cook obviously knew he/she burnt it so why didn’t he/she start again. 😡

Egg fried rice very greasy. Beef like jelly. Would not recommend and will not be going here again personally. Food used to be very good but has really gone downhill.

Having had a great sweet and sour chicken balls before and chicken curry returned again and wont be going back. Gave up on both, Wonder if something has changed

We tend to have sweet and sore chicken and never had a bad meal and we used this place atleast 30 times

This is the best Chinese food I have ever had. They have even accommodated a dish that I love that is not on the menu. I would not order Chinese anywhere else! Amazing food and really nice people!

I've never come across such grumpy and rude owners as these people in all my years. Making the initial telephone order, I was handled very rudely and abruptly and when going to collect the order I was left for 5mins at the counter with no acknowledgement of my presence, despite the kitchen area being open and being able to see both guys cooking.When the meal was finally brought out, all £53 worth, no hello, no smiles & no thank you after paying. Just plain rude....Once we got back with the food it was very ordinary & nothing special. I've had much better Chinese take-away in numerous other places in Norwich.So after being faced with such rude & ignorant customer service, to then eat a rather bland uninspiring meal, I found it quite ironic to find their take-away menu slipped inside our bags of food. Needless to say, it went straight in the bin, as I would never, ever waste my money on this business again.Why oh why do people start a business dealing with customers face-to-face or over the telephone, if they cannot grasp the basics of human interaction and courtessey???

Order got cancelled by the takeaway. Apparently the driver had waited outside my house for 15 mins with no answer at the door. No one had come to my house. The only thing I was fed was the lies from the guy on the phone. Don't bother. You'd be better off with a piece of dry toast.
