Gem of a pub 15 minutes walk from the city centre. Hands down the best Sunday Roast in Norwich. Nice little beer garden which has a covered section with heating. The staff are great and the service flows really well

Went for Sunday lunch with a few friends. Excellent food and great atmosphere. Good beer selection too with some Belgian beers thrown in. Definitely heading back again soon!

Great Sunday lunch. Good selection of real ales and other tipples. It was very busy so it seems to have a good reputation already. Maybe the background noise combined with high ceiling and painted walls woul make it hard for someone with hearing difficulty to enjoy conversation.

This my favourite pub in Norwich, however on our last visit we booked to have dinner, our table was next to a very cold door and had been pushed against the wall and hemmed in by other groups of customers. We left and ate elsewhere. Maybe just stick to a pint a bit earlier next time, popular pub.

Tucked away in a quiet road in NR3. The beers are always interesting and the decor is relaxing. Offers accommodation/food and a short walk to buses for the city centre.

Vibrant and classy pub which despite being hidden away off the main road manages to be fairly consistently busy thanks to a great kitchen and good selection of beers.Lack of soft furnishing can make it a bit loud inside and on the occasion we visited the lack of experience of the waiter led to our starters and mains arriving together which is pretty gauche; I doubt this is common however and learning is a process.

First time here to try out the vegetarian roast option. Bloody delicious, huge portion topped with a side of rosemary hash browns. Felt like brunch and lunch in one. Genius.

Oh my god. Had the burger here double stacked.Damn that thing was good. Burgers aren't meant to be posh, they're meant to be sloppy juicy drippy messes of flavour that fit in your hands and this thing does just that.This thing was incredible, the meat just melts away but the whole thing held itself together well. despite being massive, it was incredibly easy to eat. So much so, I'd eaten my burger before my partner was halfway through her chicken burger.The burger sauce and the mini pickles were an absolute delight as well, you get an occasional sour crunch, absolutely fantastic and well worth the visit.

A good honest pub, serving great food and drink. Atmosphere was great and service was just as good. Brilliant to see this place back to its best after a rough few years.
