Costa Coffee in Broadland

Had the worst coffee ever! They keep changing staff and the news dont have a clue what they’re doing!

Nice coffee, but painfully slow service. We came in for a spit of lunch, but two hot chocolates, and a gingerbread coffee with three sausage sandwiches later I thought I was in for my supper 🤣 would have got more stars but also charged a pupachino as a full price drink!

Over 7 people working behind the counter and after 5 minutes of waiting I was not even acknowledged. No one had the courtesy to even say 'one moment' or 'sorry for the wait'. I know they're busy but you can acknowledge customers rather than ignoring and hoping they go away, which I did.

Nice when in stock but no oat milk most of the time. Didn’t order anything.

Can get very busy. Staff look busy but get the drinks out pretty quick. Good seating inside.

Good Costa and handy with the drive through. Car park is too small so sitting in is a bit hit and miss. Drive through can be long, Sunday mid morning we waited around 20 mins to get through. Food and drink is usual Costa and generally well prepared.

We used the drive through and got quick friendly service. The place looked clean and tidy when I visited the toilets. Good food offering.

To the Manager at Costa Broadland Business Park - give your team a raise or a bonus, they have been working their socks off today, short-staffed but still made it work, and they were all super-efficient, friendly and calm

Costa is local for me , it was Good service and fast also with Friendly Staff , and nice they accepting cash Again , Thank you . I will be back

Good coffee, delicious white chocolate shortbread. Good value, even better staff. The cheerful guy who took our order was worth 4 stars on his own!
