Costa Coffee in Broadland

Small branch, lots of seating indoors and outside.Very busy due to drive-through customers being served first. Not great when you on have 30 mins lunch break.Ice tea was delicious, would return to try other flavours.

At last, I've found a Costa drink I like! Choc oat velvet iced drink. Amazing. Your staff at the broadband business park drive thru need some work. I need lactose free. I didn't get confidence from them that the drink was as requested. Took lactaid in case.

Ordered a mocha after the bubbles were removed the drink started almost half way. Didn’t have the time to return. I wouldn’t mind my other half at some point

Great coffee as always, plenty of parking, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Clean good outside and inside seating. Slightly slow service but pleasant friendly staff.

Nice coffee, but painfully slow service. We came in for a spit of lunch, but two hot chocolates, and a gingerbread coffee with three sausage sandwiches later I thought I was in for my supper 🤣 would have got more stars but also charged a pupachino as a full price drink!

Over 7 people working behind the counter and after 5 minutes of waiting I was not even acknowledged. No one had the courtesy to even say 'one moment' or 'sorry for the wait'. I know they're busy but you can acknowledge customers rather than ignoring and hoping they go away, which I did.

Good Costa and handy with the drive through. Car park is too small so sitting in is a bit hit and miss. Drive through can be long, Sunday mid morning we waited around 20 mins to get through. Food and drink is usual Costa and generally well prepared.

Great spot to grab a quick drink on lunch on when travelling nearby. They have a selection of savoury foods and sweets/cakes if you want something extra with your drink. If you go in between 12 and 1:30 it will be busy as the local business parks spill out into so be prepared for a wait and a fight for a seat. The staff are all friendly and I've never had a bad experience while there.
