Domino's Pizza in Broadland

Order not ready when I turned up to collect it at time advised despite it displaying as ready on the counter display. Clearly they'd missed something from it. Had to hang around twenty minutes waiting for them to sort it out.

Made an order online. According to the tracking system our food had been delivered. 20 minutes later I decided to call. Four attempts later my call was answered by a lad who informed me there was 2 deliveries before ours. I voiced my concern about receiving our food while still hot, I was then given a series of excuses in a very rude manner.No surprise, when we finally received our food it was stone cold and hard. I called to request a refund, no apology. Last time I order from there.

Went to order in store and the guy was really rude for no reason. And while I was waiting for my food, a couple other people came in and he was rude to them too. And the other people working there also weren’t very nice.My pizza was terrible. The pizza dough tasted raw, as well as the tomato sauce. Almost like they put the pizza in the oven for a few minutes and took it out. I was having a bad day and this experience made it even worse.Won’t be going again.

Took over an hour for our pizza from ordering. App tells you it’s delivered 30mins later, still not arrived so called store twice stating it will be 10mins. Arrives with the boxes warm but cold pizza inside.Call again to get a refund which takes 3 days.Manager refused to come to the phone.

Recieved a call very shortly after the order was placed saying it will be about an hour.What they didnt say was the food would be left in the car for an hour so when it arrived was cold and hard! Called Dominoes and spoke to the manager, he offered me to have a replacement ( another 2 hour wait ) or 50% moneyback. I went with the money back offer, he said it would be 3 - 5 days. As this was through paypal i would of recieved a notification if this went through.It clearly has not been refunded, hence the review.Cold food and being lied to.....not good :(

Food arrived late and was cold. Pizza was very dry and rubbery. Might have tasted better if the Pizza was fresh. If you like cold chewy Pizza then this is for you otherwise don't waste your money. Very disappointed

Appalling. Waiting for 2 hours and called multiple times for them to say they had tried to deliver the pizza but I didn’t answer the door. They definitely did not try to deliver, I live in a flat so they would have to buzz for me to let them in, I definitely would have heard. They also said they had called me multiple times and left a voicemail which again was a lie. Didn’t seem to care when I spoke to them and explained this.

Took 3 hours to deliver the pizza, manager is incredibly rude making no effort to rectify the situation. Won’t be going there again will be happily going to a further dominos for a better service.

Delivery service very poor. Ordered at 7.10pm and took over 2 hours to receive my order. Shocking service and don't pick up phone calls. making excuses for delivery being late. On the tracker, it says you have received your food when its not the case. RUDE manager. Need to learn customer service. When food arrived, it was COLD and pizza was HARD to bite. No apologies from manager or delivery driver. DONT EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM DOMINOES. Waste of Money and time. WILL CLAIM REFUND WHICH IS NEEDED ASAP! Have LOST a customer who regularly orders online.

Called to make sure our order was still coming as it said delivered on the app but hadn’t arrived. Was told “ there a lot of traffic” and then was hung up on. Wasn’t complaining about the time just wanted to make sure there wasn’t an error or lost. So unprofessional. No need to talk a customer like that no matter how busy it is.
