Great bread and cakes.Very friendly staff.Nora loves their cheese straws - woof woofAs good as ever. I get bakery products twice weekly and see many other regulars

Today 22/04/2022 I was looking for a proper bakery and I found this one only a couple of miles from where I live.i seen reviews and thought that is where I am going there where others but I chose fresh bake bakery. I purchased 2 sausage rolls at £1.60 each and a loaf of bread at £2.30 a total of £5.50 i thought that was expensive however after tasting the sausage rolls i was impressed they where lovely and I've had a slice of the fresh made bread with butter just to get the natural flavour of the bread that was far superior than supermarket bread. I've lived here over 21 years and never been here until today mainly due to not having my own vehicle and relying on public transport.however I have my own vehicle again and will come back to fresh bake bakery more often the only small criticism is there are no prices online or in store until you ask for an item it would be nice to have a printed leaflet of prices when purchasing and or put the prices on the website so that people can see other nice things that they can purchase and how much it costs. But I will be back again.🍞🍞🍞

Well known locally for very nice sausage rolls normally still warm from the oven but the cakes are also very good !

The best bakery in town! The sausage rolls were out of this world 🤩 highly recommended.I first discovered them when a client bought a selection of pastries whilst working at their house. I just had to ask where the bakery masters were!Amazing! Truly deserved a great review 🤩

Old school bakery - nothing silly fancy, but good food at sensible prices. Their cheese straws are worthy of a visit alone. There's about 12 in a bag, and very cheesy! (Quiche is also delicious, and the Eccles cake. Not enough filling for me in the apple turnover though 😄 bread is fab) The baker in there has a good sense of humour, and will brightened my day with the cheery service!
