Went for breakfast on a Sunday and it was excellent would recommend to anybody staff were friendly and was not waiting long for food to come out.

Food excellent, staff always friendly, great with my 2 year old granddaughters needs, made us all welcome and nothing was to much trouble for them. All food was very reasonably priced, will definitely keep coming back with my family.

My family have been eating breakfast at the hilltop for years, very disappointed when we visited Monday, I asked for scrabbled egg, my husband asked for fried bread and black pudding it was all muddled up on the plates, but dare not say anything so just changed things , I ordered a latte but it was all powder, £2 for a packet coffee that's such a rip off get a coffee machine! Why do we have to pay before we eat? I was desperate for another drink but again dare not ask, lady serving is not people friendly 😒

Excellent Breakfast. Very friendly staff and loads off parking. Place is very clean and you can sit outside there’s a covered area. Food all cooked fresh with plenty of options. Vegan dishes are available. Easy to get too just off the NDR
