Hungry Horse in Broadland

Was really busy and seamed understaffed when me and my colleague walked in but the food arrived quicker than expected and was really nice! Think they had a new server and she was always smiling and looked like she was really enjoying her job. Despite obviously been under pressure! Full marks from me.

Not happy with the Service we received tonight had to wait 45 minutes for our tea then when I did turn up my daughter never had hers for another 10 minutes I also sat there for 20 minutes without no cutlery and never got asked for anything no sauce as nothing the time arrived it was cold I sent my doors back we still weren’t happy but there was a gentleman come along with Michael and he was fantastic if it wasn’t through him I would’ve asked for MANAGER I was not happy and I will not return But I must say that if it wasn’t through Michael I think I would’ve kicked off a lot more so thanks Michael your star

Went here for a breakfast, restaurant really clean, not too many people there but it was 11.15. Ordered the food and drinks at the bar - so easy, you can also order by the app. Our waiter was great, food was plentiful and great value. Set me up for the day. Nice one

I love this place , I had mushroom pie and chips today it was lovely. Good service and I must agree with other reviews that Michael is very helpful and approachable . Andy is tip man to he always acknowledges me and even has the sauce on the table ready as he knows where I sit for my breakfast on a Monday morning. You don't find this service much now days your staff are a credit to this company . Well done.

Terrible !!! What else is there to say 3 of us had the full monty mixed grill the sausages didnt taste much like pork the steak was tough the best things on the plate were the frozen chips onion rings and gammon .. my dog has chicken for tea .. my husband had the breakfast belter which everything looked great until he tried to cut the sausage curl with the knife supplied which he was unable to do he called a server over who went and got a steak knife for him well the sausage was that over cooked it was rock solid in the middle it couldn't be eaten it was more like a solid piece of rock than a sausage .... customer service was poor not once were we asked if everything was ok until my husband called someone over to show him the sausage and told him to take it to the chef/cook and ask him if it was acceptable to which it was agreed that it wasn't.. they then offered husband a free dessert and that there wasn't much else that could be done we declined the dessert and left and will definitely not be returning

Our first visit after the majority of COVID restrictions being relaxed (albeit now with masks again).Fieldfare (Hungry Horse) is definitely quantity over quality. We had a mixture of dishes with a variety of meats. The chicken was fine, burger was nice, but the steak was a bit disappointing.If you're after somewhere that's going to fill the family, Fieldfare is worth a visit.If you want a steak, go elsewhere.

Average quality food but great value. Saturday meal deals are incredible value.Thanks for the response to my quick review. Please don't misunderstand my comments. I enjoyed the food and will certainly be back. Perhaps badly worded but food at the price charged was more than acceptable.

1st time vist to this pub. As a "Hungry Horse" I was expecting great service, meals and choice like the one back home.I was eager to see of it matched up as I chose this pub over it's local Brewer Fair competitor.I was not disappointed one bit.As predicted amazing choices, great 2 for 1 deals, huge range of dishes to choose from and reasonably priced.The food was spectacular, well presented, well cooked and of course the compulsory check on the customer service you would hope from this industry and I expect as someone who used to work in Silver Service and hospitality.A great and lovely experience and worth trying if never been.Full 10 stars and highly reccomend. The deserts I am yet to try but the mains were spot on.My thanks to the staff. Keep up the good work

I would this place completely, the staff was not polite. I ordered an 12oz steak rare but when it arrived it was well done and chewy. Also my mother in law ordered a sizzling dish however when arrived it was burnt to the dish ( see photo) only reason 2 stars was when complained about my dish they redone a new steak and it waas nice
