Kfc in Broadland

Probably the worst KFC I’ve ever had. Don’t eat it too often but stopped off while at work with someone I support.Chicken was dry, overcooked, tasteless and lukewarm. Chips coke, stale and hard. Food came quickly but that’s probably only because it has already been sitting there for half an hour.I actually begrudge eating something so unhealthy which tasted so bad.Drink was ok I guess.Safe to say, avoid this one like the plague.

TLDR: delivery on time but cold and much worse half of the meal was missing.Long version: Me and my family just got back from a holiday and where hoping for an easy meal without any prep as well as having no food in the cupboards. So we ordered from KFC which you can no longer do directly, now having to order through a 3rd party (in our case just eat). Although the meal did get delivered on time it was missing half of what we payed for on our receipt and it was also cold. We attempted to phone up and complain about the above and they never picked up so this has left the only option to explain my experience with this review.

I've been recently and I noticed a real change: the orders are getting done faster and accurate, the food is tasty and not as greasy as previously or as in other restaurants, the table area is way cleaner than what it used to be. Overall it's a pleasure to come to this restaurant. Well done to everyone working here.

I used the order system and when I went to collect my order the malteaser crushem was not available so I had to choose alternative. Would be helpful if there is notification of unavailable items before ordering. Had to choose something I didn't want or I suppose I could have got a refund. Was a friendly young man serving who was very efficient (light/mid brown hair) - sorry didn't get name.

Haven't used this place since not long after it opened. Back then it was dreadful for lack of speed and often lack of product but recently visited with my children and ate in. The staff were lovely and helpful, the food came out as quick as I would expect from a fast food place. It was all hot and tasty. The place itself was nice and clean too.

Had to wait for at 25-30 minutes as was told that now any chicken on the bone had to be cooked to order so waited for my 12 piece bucket also ordered 3 large beans sweetcorn gravy and coleslaw got home to acle chips cold as always my husband took one look at the chicken which he said looked beaten up with no crispy skin all soggy and at the bottom was the cooking oils and all the meat juices from the chicken which totally put everyone off the chicken. Had been charged for 2 large pots beans only had one to share among 3 of us adults the only thing worth eating last night was the sweetcorn. WHY AREN'T YOU COOKING THE CHICKEN LIKE YOU USED TO

An absolute waste of money. Had to say my order 3 times to the guy on the headset, and still got everything wrong. Wrong sauce, wrong side, didn’t give me a large. The chicken was grey, wet and cold. Chips must’ve just come out of the freezer as they were basically Arctic temperature. Not to mention it took nearly 40 minutes

Very busy, which is to be expected in a Saturday at 6pm. Decided to go on at the drive through was packed. A customer in front pointed out to me to make a note of my number as the ordering machine was not issuing receipts! I proceeded to pass that on to the next customer as they entered and so on.No hot wings available so was offered strips. 45 minutes later my food was ready so am grateful for the fuel I saved by not waiting in the drive through line!After a 45 minute drive home we were fortunate to find the order was correct and everything tasted great. Loving the new rice side options.

Cold chips. Cold chicken, which looked like it was beaten up rather than fried, although it was swimming in grease. Tea tasted of coffee. One very hard working lady putting together orders with no support of manager. All tables dirty, most with rubbish on them. Many screens broken, including one that tells you status of order. All in all seriously bad. And anyone waiting for orders will find them cold and bad quality. And they clearly don't care about environment as plastic forks and plastic cup lids.

Been at work all day, stop to get a family bucket cost me 16.99, well my son paid for it. Had to wait in car park for order, only one other car there, waited, he brought order out drove home 5 miles unpacked the food, no chips just chicken, tried ringing no answer. Bloody joke
