Mcdonald's Restaurants in Broadland

Slow food, it took 25 minutes to get through the drive in...for fast food! Once you're in the lane, you're committed but still, we got food. It was warm, missing ketchup and napkins but we couldn't be bothered to go in by the time we got out of the queue and checked. Not a stop we will make again, it delayed us too much.

Let you all no who have blue light card you can't not get it there on Coca-Cola but you can on A11 and 1 in Yarmouth Near tescos and 1 near norfolk ground as well I keep on look out where you can get free Coca-Cola and 1 in snainton market if I find more location on Mcdonald it well be on there I but a Review on Mcdonald's good or bad review ok keep a look out

Rubbish. Been here 3 times in the last 2 weeks and although they claim to be '24 hours' they have been closed all times. The drive thru has cones in front of it and doors are all locked. Twice I have seen staff inside and even after banging on windows trying to get attention, they ignore. Pretty disappointing when they are closest to you and say '24 hours' everywhere you look!

Easy drive through, practically straight off the main road no long detours! 2 Lanes for ordering/queuing. minimal person contact, fast service. Hot meal with the latest deals.

Generally good, the location is handy, the food has always been fine, the car park layout could do with an overhaul as it would seem a lot of people struggle to manoeuvre around in it, otherwise, absolutely fine.

Stopped for a breakfast meal.. ordered 2 double sausage mc muffin meals.. given 1 double and 1 single charged for 2 doubles.. food swimming in grease from uncleaned griddles to the point the egg was black.. replaced but not much better.. coffee very weak... very young staff team more interested in their own conversations than customer service..lack of management team visible.. wrong orders being brought back by other customers while we waited. Very disappointing service and meal 😒

When though the drive in gives the wrong order but may do but on unwrapping the burger it was swimming in gresse and the coffee was week so went back in to complain as were other customers. Plenty of staff on duty but a lack of management meant staff standing around talking. toilet also dirty and blocked ,not a good experience at all won't be stopping there again .

Food was good but why are they giving out of date Monopoly coupons. We visited it 11th September 2021

Possibly the worst McDonalds I have the misfortune to use. Staff were rude. service was slow.The staff doing the table service were stealing items for takeaway to make their tables order quicker.Staff were shouting at each other meaning it was impossible to hear what numbers were being shouted out.

Some tables marked 'DO NOT SIT AT THIS TABLE ' but some were a good distance apart. Jobsworth made couple move to a table 18inches apart from neighbouring one with 3 people sitting on as aposed to one behind myself at least 5 ft apart. We couldn't make sense of it. Circular table to left and oblong table to right, far better distance
