McDonalds - Broadlands in Broadland

Had 3 chicken italiano last week all meals were cold ,sent feedback as suggested on receipt got £1 50p off next meal disgusting!! will not use this outlet again.

The best McDonald's I've visited, spotlessly clean. The staff were very polite & helpful, the food was perfect and enjoyed by all.

genuinely the best mcdonalds i have ever been too burger was made perfectly chips were hot service was great and wait times were negligeble i have been to literally over 100 mcdonalds maybe more and this place was hands down the best one ive been too

I've been to this McDonald's multiple times over the years since it's been open as I live local. I have to say when I dine in, there is never a problem. Things are ready quickly, the place is clean and tidy plus staff are pleasant. When I use drive thru, the food is never ready. And I mean NEVER! It's becone abit of a joke within my household, I always have tk go and park up to wait for my food. On some occasions I drive round to bay 1 and haven't even parked before they've come out with my food, no other vehicle has cone past either so no idea why I get moved on. Genuinely feel like there is a marker on my vehicle that makes the staff send me round to park regardless of what I've ordered. It has certainly deterred me from visiting if I don't have much time as it certainly isn't fast food when I use the drive thru! They also never include dips when I've asked for them so have got in the habit of checking the bag before I leave.

I only got a Mc flurry on this occasion, however I feel I have to write a review as it was the largest I’ve ever had, the cup was stacked! 😅

Amazing range of scrumptious foods, have everything in stock 99% of the time, very good McDonald's branch with friendly staff and orders fulfilled and delivered to you very quickly.

Great staff very helpful food was nice and hot first time of visting will be back again.

Slow food, it took 25 minutes to get through the drive in...for fast food! Once you're in the lane, you're committed but still, we got food. It was warm, missing ketchup and napkins but we couldn't be bothered to go in by the time we got out of the queue and checked. Not a stop we will make again, it delayed us too much.

Let you all no who have blue light card you can't not get it there on Coca-Cola but you can on A11 and 1 in Yarmouth Near tescos and 1 near norfolk ground as well I keep on look out where you can get free Coca-Cola and 1 in snainton market if I find more location on Mcdonald it well be on there I but a Review on Mcdonald's good or bad review ok keep a look out

Some tables marked 'DO NOT SIT AT THIS TABLE ' but some were a good distance apart. Jobsworth made couple move to a table 18inches apart from neighbouring one with 3 people sitting on as aposed to one behind myself at least 5 ft apart. We couldn't make sense of it. Circular table to left and oblong table to right, far better distance
