New China in Broadland

Called for delivery from flyer, it states £1..over 2.7 miles. I googled, I’m 2.6 and they want to charge me £3.00. I’ll spend my 60 quid elsewhere!

Well what can I say I wanted to place an order for delivery , roughly 60 quid and they wanted to charge 4 quid for delivery , considering they have been shut down by environmental health for rat 🐀 issues then the defense rests , will never bother with these again , absolute joke

So so rude, the food is rank and the gobby tw*t who answered the phone has 0 customer service skills. They forgot our curry and chips then told us we were sh*t and to never order from then again🤣 They never delivered our curry and chips or offered a refund. The food is so bland and dry and the chicken was also undercooked. We even had an eyelash extension in our food!! Disgusting will never order from their again.

the worst customer service i’ve ever had. was so rude when i was ordering and then when food was missing he was swearing down the phone at me. i told him he was being rude and he told me to “f*** off and that i’m a piece of s***.” will never order from here again and still haven’t received food that was missing. how do i get my money back for this ?

I have been coming here for years and just recently they have gotten my order wrong. The 1st time I didn’t bother to phone and complain and just the left it. The second time I order a house special chow mien when i got it home it was a vegetable chow mien.When i phoned and explained that it was wrong and it was my partners dinner (who threw it in the bin in temper) the person on the other end told me i ordered the vegetable chow mien when non of us like that one. When I explained it was in the bin i got told i was wasting his food that i paid for.The customer service is terrible. If i did want another one i would have to travel another 20 minutes to get and mine would be cold. Instead of apology i got verbal abuse and was told i was in the wrong. As a customer who has been going there for years i won’t be going back for a very long time if at all

Food is always delicious & friendly, delivery on time, sometimes even early. Thank you

Is it the best is norwich? Of course not. However as a local chinese takeaway it ticks all the right boxes, its quick, tasty and cheap. Friendly and helpful staff both over the phone and when going to collect. I dont understand the "staff are rude" comments....its a takeaway. If you want great service then a restaurant (with higher prices and service charge) may be a better option.

From the original phone call I knew this was gona be a mistake ordering from here. Called up and the clown on the phone was so rude asking for me to hang on 3 times whilst other people were more prioritised! The food was so bland and dull! Only used here as Ken Tong was unexpectedly closed! Never will my money go in the pockets of this dump again

Nice local takeaway, food has improved.Just to add to this review, I will never use this chinese again after this evenings insults and attitude from whoever is working tonight. Whoever tells their loyal customers to f..k off when the food is queried.Great lady who delivers the food though.

The worst takeaway food I have ever eaten. In the past this was a good takeaway but as of recent (past year) the quality has dipped. The staff on multiple occasions have been rude. Orders are often mixed up. All sweet and sour dishes use artificial tasting manufactured source. £60 worth of food in the bin. I would rather eat a Ginsters Cornish pasty purchased from the Jet petrol station next door. Honestly its that bad!!! On a positive, prices are competitive. The recent reviews back my opinion
