Fabulous all day full English breakfast with proper sausages not those fluffy cheap ones ...friendly helpful staff

Popped in for lunch on Sunday and was most definitely worth it grate food and lovely customer services will definitely be coming back even if one of us left there cardigan behind 🤣🤣 x

Very friendly, good down to earth pub with very good pub food. All day breakfast, good pies, full menu, carved ham, liver/sausage/bacon with roasts in yummy gravy. All piping hot. Everyone friendly and pub busy good to see. Thank you Cheryl and friends, plus thanks for our pubs of the area lesson. See you again 😀

This was a nice place, very friendly staff. A traditional menu, food was hot. I had a chicken curry, my wife had sea bass. Very nice, will go back. Apparently the Sunday Roast is very good.

We came to you on the 5th March to celebrate our mums 90th birthday. Thank you so much for a lovely meal and accommodating all 34 of us. What a lovely time we had. If we come again we will be visiting not so many next time xxx

Just had Christmas lunch with Ian & Cheryl and it was first class, service was superb and the food was fantastic. We were made to feel very welcome and all needs catered for with no fuss. No rush to have the tables back and we could have sat there all afternoon! Absolutely wonderful Christmas day

Ian (landlord) was very friendly and helpful , took over the pub 5 years and completely restored it.Very homely, a good choice on the menu I had whitebait which was delicious ample portion followed by liver and bacon again Hugh portion, very filling and scrumptious.The staff were very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this establishment

Very friendly pub. Had a long chat with the landlord about how his and other pubs are managing. Beer prices very good as it's a freehouse. Will be back to try the food sometime.
