Reedham Ferry Inn in Broadland

Nice little stop over, Great camp site attached, lovely facilities, The Pub you need to check opening times and food times, Food is very good.

Unfortunately the pub was closed when we visited but it looks nice from the outside, we were surprised to find there is actually a cross river ferry for cars/vans, takes about 2 minutes to get on, cross and get off, between 6.30am and 10pm, amazing service.

I took my friends who came to stay with us out for an evening meal here as I didn't have anything at home for Vegan. One had the Stir-fry without the meat and the other Moussaka and I had the pork chop. My friends really enjoyed the food as did I. Plenty of food choice, lots of different beers and the staff are really friendly.Highly recommended. I would advice to book as it does get very busy.

Stayed at the Campsite recently and loved it. Could not ask for more. Decent Shower Block good level pitched with EHU. Water and Waste facilities.Dogs allowed and low level lighting around the areas for safe access and egress.Nice walks to Reedham Village and Trains available to Norwich or Lowestoft.

Brilliant..! What a fabulous thing. So great to see it still going and still going strong. I did chuckle when the driver (operator? pilot? captain?) slowed down part way across... I knew exactly what that was for! A great combination of old and new! 🤣👍👍👍👍

Simply abysmal.Sunday lunch - they'd run out of roast dinners at 1330! Rest of the menu available.Except the first two items on the rather short menu were the roast dinners. (Roast belly of pork is not my idea of a "roast" in any case) which didn't leave much choice.My gammon, egg and chips was just that. Not even any peas. How mean! The gammon was so tough it was almost inedible. It was also ridiculously over-salty. Fish and chips were OK.Sticky toffee puddings were stone cold inside, barely tepid outside. Their replacements were barely tepid inside, dense, chewy and dried and tough around the edges due to re-heating. There might have been as much as a tablespoon of sauce on top. These too were rejected.Shockingly awful.Barmaid/waitress was apologetic but no offer made to reduce the bill.I've never been impressed by the food here, it has been consistently mediocre for years.This is a pub clearly relying on its delightful location and making no effort whatsoever towards quality. It is to be avoided.

The Inn and Campsite were closed on Monday 24-Jan-2022. Lovely quiet surroundings in the Norfolk Broads. The owner let me stay overnight in the pub carpark, very nice on him. Took the ferry in the morning.

A group of 4 of us dropped into here for lunch…… had 3 x fish, chips and peas and I had the steak sandwich. Lovely food, generous portions, doggies allowed (unfortunately there was a noisy doggo a couple of tables away….. made us hurry our drinks at the end and vacate with our well behaved pooch). The decor is a little dated too but 3 stars seems abit mean so 4 stars it is!! :)

We stayed at the campsite for a couple of nights which was lovely and peaceful and right by a canal walk. The shower and toilets block were really clean and seemed like it was quite recently built. Pitches were a good size so we had lots of space between us and other campers.

What a lovely spacious pitch. Perfect location for the Broards and Pettitts Adventure. Nice and clean, well maintained site.
