Starbucks in Broadland

Went thru the drive thru and it was fast, friendly service, even with my carload of passengers couldn't make up their minds on their orders. Lol! This is a great spot for coffee and in a great location.

This used to be such a great location, one of the few that would actually make the tea lattes properly. Now, though, its started going down hill. I didnt have time to go back to have them remake it, and i doubt theyd actually look it up in their manual and do it correctly. Really disappointed. They need to train the new baristas better.Positive: staff are very nice and pleasant to interact with

I just went through the drive through here a few hours ago and the drive through attendant working, Juli, was extremely nice and outgoing and made sure to take care of my drink for me. If you see this Juli, thank you for your amazing service!

Hands down one of the best Starbucks locations in the area. The location is quite busy and the drive thru line can be brutal but they always have a smile and are incredibly friendly.

I ordered 2 coffee today . I usually love the place and the way it’s made here. I quite often buy from here . However, today it was a disaster who ever made the coffe . I don’t expect te quality to go down so low when I pay in full price. It was a Druve thru order. I would expect the team to do better .

They are nice enough. Mostly this location seems to make my drinks wrong a lot. I make 1 modification. Maybe they are fine if you have none. I assume they are too busy to read. The nearby cafe location that just closed always got my drinks right.

Great Starbucks . Average one but still good . It’s also a Starbucks that is relatively new. It was established In 2019.Best to get condiments during the noon or morning hours as they run out quick!!Starbucks please refresh !!Only problem is that everyone once In a while they do not have specific condiments (like sweets) .But otherwise really good!

Where to begin… Ordered 2 simple drinks on the App- which it quoted 5-8 minutes for pick up- which is fine. Waited and waited inside while others from both the drive-thru and in-person got their drinks. After 18 minutes of waiting, I wanted my money back- the 5 staff were rude and kept saying they were swamped but everyone from the drive -thru and in-person had already gotten their drinks WAY after I ordered mine. Soo disappointed

Very personable staff, even when under stress and heavy load. This has been "my" Starbucks for several years, and they've been as welcoming my very first day visiting as they are today. The staff has cycled, but they always introduce people in that exceed the standards and expectations of both the company and the patrons. Thank you, and keep it up!! :)

Im down in Virginia for a wedding and needed my coffee fix. Came to this location because it was close by the hotel i was staying at. Was greeted very enthusiastically. Ordered two white mochas. They came out quick and tasted great. Place was very clean - and big too!
