Stower Grange in Broadland

We've gone to Stower Grange Hotel for a number of functions, a wedding, dinner, lunch multiple times over the last year.The quality of food, customer service and ambience is always to the highest of standards. Thank you to the chef's and staff for holding onto the top quality you all work hard to hold onto!

I've always loved Stower Grange. They make such an excellent venue for professional gathering as well as social gatherings. I've been to both many times and never been let down.

Great place to eat, no rushing to get us out, just really nice food and service, and a comfortable room to eat lunch in. Would visit again.

Probably the most welcoming hotel in the area. Richard and his team go above and beyond. Beautiful building in a wonderful setting. Unique bedrooms, great food and super charged, genuine hospitality. Perfect for a wedding or occasion or a Sunday lunch gathering. Afternoon tea here is also a delight.

Really good stay. We had a good meal on the Saturday night with friends. The food was cooked really well and stayed hot. Our room was very spacious. Sunday breakfast set us up all day.

Lovely 17c Hotel West of Norwich. The owner Richard and his staff are wonderful people. Friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.Very dog friendly hotel.Room was spacious, clean and warm.Breakfast selection was great, fresh individually cooked full English or variations.We had the 3 course set menu on Saturday evening, excellent menu and brilliantly presented quality meal. All local produce.Plenty of parking.Ideal place to visit our new granddaughter.Will stay there again without a doubt.Thanks to Richard and all the staff.

Our daughter got married here on 23rd October 2021, having had to delay over 12 months because of Covid! Richard and his excellent team of staff were professional from our very first enquiry about holding the wedding here back in 2019. Nothing was too much trouble . We had booked the rooms of the hotel on Friday and Saturday and our guests absolutely loved the venue and delicious food, ( shout out here to the chef well done 👏👏👏) The wedding went off brilliantly and I cannot thank Richard , Sally , Amy and Tom to name but a few for the first class service. Everyone has said it was a wedding to remember. Well done 👏👏👏👏

Welcoming, comfortable, unpretentious with excellent food and service. Full marks to all the team! Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Overall the hotel was comfortable, relaxed, unpretentious, welcoming and perfect for our stay. Food was fabulous, especially dinner; thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay - same menu throughout, but still spoilt for choice and some dishes were so good we had the same the following night - excellent! Our room was spacious and light, with quality furniture. Would definitely stay here again if visiting North Norfolk as the location provided a good base for exploring the region; ie, approx 30 minutes to Cromer, Sheringham, etc, with a good road network.

We booked Stower Grange for our July 2021 wedding 2 years in advance and pre-Covid. The venue is situated on beautiful grounds with a sunny front and shaded back garden - it is a gorgeous setting for both traditional and laid back weddings! Throughout the planning process and the uncertainty of the wedding we would be able to have, Richard and his team were extremely helpful and did everything they could to make the exprerience as stress-free as possible. We opted for the exclusive package which included 60 day guests and 100 evening guests as well as all 11 beautiful bedrooms at our disposal for the wedding night. Richard was very helpful in assuring us that the package and the price would be amended if any Covid restrictions were applied at the time. The menu choices were versatile and our vegan guests were asked to choose whatever they liked for their meal which I have never experienced at any other venue - a big shout out to the chef! On the morning of the wedding, my bridal party were getting ready in the hotel and no request was too big to ask, we had our breakfast served in the rooms including the much needed coffee and tea. We were welcomed again after the ceremony with refreshing canapes and drinks which were absolutely delicious and had a fantastic wedding breakfast with Richard being the toastmaster and making sure everything went smoothly. Our guests had a wonderful time and many complimented on the choice of venue. We would highly recommend Stower Grange as a wedding venue and will definitely be going back for other family-dos!

Richard and his superb team hosted our wedding reception for us in October 2021.Richard is a professional that is is easy to deal with. He and his his team, deliver everything promised well beyond expectations. Our guests were full of praise for absolutely everything provided.We have also dined and had afternoon tea here. Everything is very well done.Beautiful venue with people that provide a Stirling service.
