Excellent food staff very good friendly helpful. Clean toilets. And easy parking. Can also eat outside if you Wanted.

Great service, very friendly. Food fresh and perfectly cooked. We asked for very hot and spicy dishes, and were disappointed with the heat in particular. We have been promised a better experience next time, so we will return.

Although I enjoyed my experience at the merchants of spice 2.I felt a little let down by the texture of my chicken madras,very tough and not tasty at all,just big lumps of very gristle meat.Overall service was good on a very busy night for them.Would I go again? Perhaps I just hit a bad night but I maybe would think twice about dialling their number but never say never.

Friendly staff with good carparking. Excellent food in good sized helpings, but needs to served on warmers. Will use it again.

What amazing food and service. This place is the other side of the city to us so we’ve not used them before. A good friend of ours brought us a voucher so we gave them ago this evening. We have just devoured an awesome takeaway. We were greeted by Misha with a very warm welcome and lovely smile. My seven year old was made a fuss of and given a lolly pop, they won her over straight away. We sat by the bar while waiting for our food and Misha chatted to us while she was serving drinks. All the staff were very polite and friendly.I would highly recommend this place, they give you the whole package. We will be back again very soon.

I've picked up a takeaway meal for two, perfect timing, outstanding quality of food, I haven't dine in, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very warm and welcoming. Can certainly recommend as per my experience.

Visited the Merchants of Spice for the first time today. We were greeted by friendly staff from the start and our amazing host Misha was fantastic throughout the evening. The food was amazing, and easily the best curry I've ever had! Misha made us feel welcome and made some brilliant suggestions of food to try. We will 100% be returning to the Merchants of Spice!

Misha was amazing!! Fabulous service really attentive made my whole experience amazing. She is an asset to your business and you are lucky to have somebody like her work for you. What an absolute credit!!

The tandoori mixed grill was absolutely gorgeous! We had sag aloo, peshwari naan, veggy tikka masala and the mixed grill. Service was incredible, food was great, and it was fully booked! On a Tuesday evening! Kingfisher on tap was great too!

This place in past two years has gone down from 3 stars (much better place for Indian food in Norwich) to 0 Star (I will not order again).Generally the food used to taste better than lot of tandoori takeaways, deserved a three star from me.Previous review: I expect a restaurant connecting to the north west Indian subcontinent, to serve a much more better than what I call tauheen biryani. I won't order any biryani again.Please enlighten if its a speciality biryani from some specific region and I will look to add the missing star. Currently as it tastes and looks I don't see it to any where close to the famous Biryani's from India/Pakistan and /or Bangladesh.
