It's a great place to eat good menu friendly staff. Overall fantastic place,with Courage bitter one if my favorite beers. Highly recommended.

Went here on Valentine's Day with my girlfriend, who's Coeliac. The GF options were plentiful and all the food was exceptional. The mango & passionfruit cheesecake was particularly great! I hope you keep it on the menu, since it was the best cheesecake I've ever had!Service was excellent also! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Food was great staff were very friendly. The only thing which was a bit confusing was where to go to use the loo staff said one thing sign on the door said another. But all in all a great place

Great pub three of us went there had very good meal even do specials for OAP at £7 a head, freindly clean, parking plenty room, highly recommended definitely going back

Had a great family meal yesterday which was the first time back for a few years since we moved away from the area. Was well worth the journey and we will be going back.Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food was perfectly cooked and tasty.Desserts were lovely.The pub has had a makeover since we last visited. Looks cosy and welcoming.Big thanks, see you soon.

Very dissapointed on the second occasion I have visited this restaurant/pub.The bangers and mash were of the poorest quality, burnt cheap sausages, the mash was absolutely awful, full of bits and tastes plastic.When I complained the ect day the management were more concerned that I didn't complain on the day and when I informed them I would be putting my experiences on social media they wanted to make sure that I wrote in regards that they acknowledged my complaint.Proving that reputation is More important than customer satisfaction.I will not be revisiting again, for the price I would expect quality and definitely did not get anywhere near quality.

I stayed in the B&B and also ate in the pub in the evening. Service was excellent throughout, supported by welcoming and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. There is ample parking available outside.

As much as it's a bit b off the beaten track it's a warm friendly place to be. Even though it's more food orientated going in for a couple or 3 drinks you were made just as welcome. I would happily have this place as my local if I lived near by. Plenty of laughs and banter with the staff and a joy to be there. Can't wait to visit again. 😁😁😁😁
