Arnolds American Diner in Broxbourne

We went to dine in here mainly because of the burgers. No bad. I wish the buns were warm ut mine was cold. Chips was quite nice. The waffle was really good! The toilet was clean and big. I recommend it although the place is not very big

We had a take away of Arnold's and oh wow. We will definitely be coming back! The burgers were fresh, not greasy like other places and just perfect. Milkshakes are incredible and overall quick service tooI'd recommend to anyone.

Nice tasty food, friendly staff, would return. It's in a bit of a strange location, so wasn't busy, which sometimes is off putting, but had regular take away/deliveries, and we don't like busy places as our son has autism, but it was a good place for him as had lots of lights and a train around the ceiling which was fun.

Great American themed restaurant, all the nice little touches like era appropriate decor and artwork. Love the mustang rear end on the wall. Food was very good and staff were delightful.

Had a takeaway yesterday,Chips very underdone; extremely hard and barely any colour to them.Burger was juicy shame the bun was like mush once I received it. Obviously not toasted.Burgers was smothered in sauce - so much so it was rather sickely and couldnt taste flavours of the meat.Advertised for a Lemon soda, was a 7 Up which is a lemon and lime drink.Wouldnt return. Shame considering all the good reviews on here.

Went for a family meal here last night, there was 12 of us. Decoration was great, feels like you are in a real 50’s American diner. Staff were pleasant, helpful and friendly, the waitress was very attentive to our needs. Food was lovely, we all loved everything we had. Would highly recommend Arnolds, we will definately be back.

The food here is so good I've never had chicken tenders cooked that perfect ever, the staff are lovely and are happy to tend to any needs. The only reason I'm ratinging a 4 star is because unfortunately the place is a little dirty but I'm definitely coming back here as the food is so worth it

Was the first time we have been here but the service was amazing our waitress couldn't of been more helpful and the burgers were out of this world! literally one of the tastiest burgers we've ever eaten. Would 100% recommend

Really glad to have found this little place. Nicely decorated in an old US diner style. We both had burgers that were really good. My friend had the pankakes and she said they were the best she'd ever had. Friendly staff too. It's a small place, and was quiet tonight but that worked fine for us. Will visit again.

Amazing. Loved this little American Diner, and was surprised how only one lady working taking orders in person and over the phone, waitressing, making the drinks and desserts, and only one chef doing all the cooking and the food deliveries and still keeping up!! Brilliant very impressed. Food was brilliant as was the service and atmosphere. Definitely returning. It's become my favourite go to place now!! Well impressed!!
