Caffe Nero - Hoddesdon in Broxbourne

Love cafe Nero. A bit slow on service but in an excellent location

My favourite coffee shop. The decaf tastes perfect everytime, whether it is a latte, mocha or cappuccino. Thank you.

Good service and well prepared drinks and food. I felt like the server actually cared about getting it right.

Slightly slow service, and the coffee remains over done reinforcing my personal view that most chains and the vast majority of independents make better coffee!

My regular place in Hoddesdon for a flat white. I normally take out but have sat down once or twice when it hasn't been too busy. Staff have always been friendly 👍👍

Ive been here many times and it's a nice place to have a Coffee and watch the town go by.However, I visited a week ago and the barista that served us was extremely rude and argumentative when we told her we should have had 2 stamps on the card, but she only gave one.She the proceeded to mutter under her breathe while she prepared the coffees and they were, frankly, disgusting. I complained to the manager but she just nodded and smiled, so not helpful at all really...A one off bad experience I'm sure, but very disappointing nonetheless 😕

Finally collected enough stamps on my loyalty card to get a free latte so added a lovely pastry!! Just love their coffee and staff always super friendly.
